3/6/21 This place had a nice Jade dragon ship that has now been sold. I could see this ship placed somewhere in my mancave... if I had a mancave. I also liked the emerald white gold ring. It was for ladies, but it looked masculine enough. The guy said he could sell it to me for $900 dollars. Thanks man. I sense if I start negotiating prices things could change. No, I will just look at the photo I took and admire it.

I bought a ring here and the ring broke and when I went back the guy told me he couldnt do nothing for me, I think that's horrible customer service and I will never go back

Went in to get two watch batteries replaced. Older Asian lady & younger Asian guy working. Asian lady talking loudly in her language & really annoyed. The guy changing the batteries kept stopping what he was doing & staring at me. 10 min go by. He's not done. A White male customer comes in & the lady greets him pleasantly. BTW, I'm African American. The guy says that he'll have to finish helping me before helping the other customer. In the 10 more minutes I waited, the guy twice more told the lady that he'll get to the other customer after he finishes changing my watch batteries after she says something in their language. When the guy began helping the White customer, I told him to give me my watches back b/c it had been more than 20 min. HE HAD ONLY CHANGED ONE BATTERY IN THE 20+ MINUTES I HAD BEEN WAITING. Took it upstairs to the jewelry repair place next to Visionworks. Had me out in 5 min. This is the 1st time I've ever had any issues & I've been getting my watch batteries changed there for yrs w/ no problems. NEVER AGAIN.

Sun's Jewelry is an incredible place and this is primarily because of the service provided by the talented Mr. Sun. He is kind, honest, and very hardworking. They have a lovely array of retail jewelry in a clean and well lit shop. I have had dozens of repairs in his shop of gold and silver items in the last few years and you simply cannot beat him for repairs in this area. Mr. Sun was originally recommended to me by another high end jeweler. You can bet that the jeweler to a jeweler is the right person for the job.
