The most awful of all !! Since Verizon took over, everything went to hell !! Real bad, limited and out of date customer service. They are not given enough information to work with or ANY authority to do anything. Transferred my service to ATT, and they are still charging me on my credit card as I found out. Have ATT logo on my phone with successful transfer to ATT emails from months ago, but straight talk is still telling me I am with them.Previously they lost my business number and gave me a Florida number. Can't even tell you the extend of their incompetency !!!!Run away while you can !!!!

All I wanted was to change my iPhone to an Android. I spoke to somebody 2 days ago he told me I needed to go buy a new SIM card in order to do that. Today I was on the phone for almost 5 hours talking with four different people and three supervisors. During all of that the only way that we can change this was to change my phone number. I live in Pennsylvania and they gave me a Florida phone number. When I complained about the number saying that I wanted a Pennsylvania number that required another sim card. I was supposed to speak to somebody at corporate who insured me that this would be resolved that he did an update and that in 30 minutes I could shut off my phone after receiving a text message with the new number that it would be activated it has been an hour and a half and I have yet to receive that text message. I will be calling corporate office again and hopefully actually speaking to somebody in corporate about the horrible customer service that I have experienced. I would never recommend speaking to anybody that works for this company. After my 30 days is up I will be switching service plans because I will never want to have to deal with these people again.

Straight talk has charged me 48.00 every month since September for a phone I don't even have anymore and they will not issue me a refund

Straight Talk is Bullcrap! They sell a plan for $60 as International plan but when I got that plan, it DIDN'T WORK at all when I went outside the US. Their online help is not their when you need them. I called their customer service from Europe but they were closed for busness. I will not purchase Straight Talk again and I DON'T recommend it either.

There are no words for how frustrating straight talk is. You cannot just port your number to another service and straight talk is uncooperative. Never use straight talk!

Called customer service very unhelpful refuse to put a manager on the phone I would suggest nobody mess with StraightTalk because soon as something messes up they're going to accuse you messing up something on your device when they didn't set up your data service correctly I have had this for 2 months and been nothing but headaches
