Painted the house green (middle swatch). The color has faded so badly that it looks blue now. I went to the store, and SW says there's nothing they can do. This is Emerald paint. It's supposed to be the best SW paint. Very disappointed in the product and SW response. Second pic shows behind the mailbox, where the green paint didn't fade.

Ordered paint online then needed to pick up a few extra supplies in the store. Staff was super helpful even as they were training a new person. Good vibes, great help, and confidence when I asked for suggestions. Will be coming back here.

I came into the store with a sample of the color I needed matched. Not only was the service still free, but match was perfect! The person assisting me also pointed out the formula for the custom-matched color was printed on the label. He said I could get the same color any time, just by providing an image of the label.

We were greeted by friendly and helpful staff who helped us with what we needed. A staff member even helped us load the purchased items to our car.
