“I need service on my diamond ring and called Diamond Exchange. I wasn't sure if I was able to receive the service because I called after 5pm and the store closes at 6pm. I spoke to Mr. Brendan and he was very delightful to talk to. He said if I can make it by 6pm, no problem, he could help me. I came from GMU and unfortunately the traffic on 123 was terrible. We went to Dubai a couple years ago, we learned true gold, and diamonds. These were a Quality Buy. Will go back again.”
“The person I dealt with (Pearce) was quite friendly and helpful. I was a bit hesitant about coming here after reading the bad reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised. I pawned a 2010 Fender American Standard Stratocaster, and while I didn't get as much for it as I would have liked, on balance I thought the offer was reasonable. I told him that I have some other items ( particularly automotive memorabilia), and he said to bring them in, and he would check the values. Altogether, while not totally pleasant, since I love the guitar and hated to see it go, they made the experience as painless as possible. At least, I pawned it rather than selling it to them, so I hopefully can redeem it.”
