Don’t come here unless you absolutely have to. They racially profile and I have gotta a gun pointed at my head in the parking lot. They also have a $10 minimum that they like to enforce when it’s convenient but never consistent. Don’t waste your time

The clerk woman, always unfriendly & Picky with transactions. She won't sell to you unless you're paying in cash. Bad service, bad attitude. Should be no ☆ at all.

My 21 year old daughter has a PA drivers license and is in Maryland for the summer. Knowing the issues with Maryland not accepting vertical licenses, as her parent I upgraded her junior PA license early and to a real ID so she wouldn't run into problems. Tonight she presented at Party Time to purchase a bottle of alcohol. The clerk was refusing to sell, threatened her that he was going to call the police, and put her drivers license in his little box of confiscated ID's. She wanted him to contact the police, because it's discriminatory and felt they can ensure him that her ID was not fake. Can no one visit, travel, or do an internship in Maryland without being harassed by a clerk who will endanger the youth by forcing them to drive without a license because they are not trained to do their job? I phoned the store to inquire and the man said "many stores don't take out of state". He indicated his scanner is down, and admitted he didn't ask her for other proof. I get that they need to be sure, however confiscating because your scanner is broke, are not trained in out of state ID's is uncalled for as now they are putting people on the roads with no drivers license. He only released it when she phoned me and had me on speaker. I myself was ready to phone the police to get her ID back. This store needs better policies and additional training.
