I would give them a zero if I could. I tried a new place and I REGRET I did. They lack skill completely. They cut my toenails in a weird shape by cutting the sides and my square toenail is a weird oval shape and cut way too much skin off. She also burned me with the parrafin wax and when I told her, they had no remorse. I would NEVER recommend.Services: Nail painting

I would give no stars my bday was 02/11 I came on the 10th because it took them so long I didn’t mention how sloppy they’re work was I paid 115$ polish was all over my toes and nails these are not nail technicians just folks that believe they know how to paint nails totally disappointed it’s been 3 days and I already need a New Color mind you it’s GEL do not waste your MONEY

The worst experience. The prices does not match the quality of service or sanitation efforts. The employees need to desperately work on their customer service skills and interactions. They are rude and it’s not a very welcoming environment. They also tell different guest, different prices. Just overall would not come back to this nail salon.Service: Pedicure

The first and last time I'm writing a review, I felt like it was necessary to let people know how bad the service was. I was overcharged for a full set that were not fully painted, they were wide and bulky. I got charged 60 dollars for the set. They asked what I wanted, but always ended up doing what they wanted. They need to practice more on doing full sets, because these people are making nails like we are in 2001. I'll leave a picture of how they looked an hour later that I got them done.

Worst Nail Place in Wheaton. PERIOD. Before I got my nails done and I showed her a picture of what I wanted. She asked me did I want it exactly like the photo and I said YESSS. And at the end i didnt like it and I told her. She lowered the price then laughed and she said she didnt know how to do it. Like WTF. Dont go here unless you want just one plain color.

I just got my acrylic nails removed here. So disappointed with the service. Filed right through my nails leaving them brittle and sensitive. I have been here many other times with better service.

After requesting natural lashes, I left with caterpillars on my eyes bcuz the lashes were done horrible (not to mention they started coming off the same night in certain areas). I called back to explain the situation and before I could finish, Alesha (she sits directly in the front) hangs up on me.I was able to get my money back, but the quality of service was horrible and I'll never return back here.Update: the other areas that weren't coming off had glue from root to almost the tip. They clearly don't care about the health of your natural lashes. It took me over 2 hrs to get them off.

This place is super cute! Under new management, Maria and her husband create such a great environment for customers. Your temperature is taken at the door, all covid guidelines are met. And they're super nice
