Worst experience ever,First time I visited this bank they said that I couldn’t cash a check because I didn’t have an account, I opened an account and then they said that I couldn’t withdraw any money until one week.It seems like they don’t want to help you at allI went to other branches and they were able to help me out

Saturdays are busy at this location. I'd recommend having at least one other employee in the mornings, but who knows maybe someone had to call out sick.Alexandra helped me deal with an issue where my account info was compromised and a potentially fraudulent charge was in process. Thanks to her, I didn't lose my money!

I don’t know who the manager is here but they clearly need more tellers and need to take charge. A manager should go behind the window in case of long waits, it shows a lot of leadership skills. So far he (African American gentleman) just sits there in his cubicle, even if he isn’t sitting with anyone or on the phone helping anyone.This location is short staffed. I’m not sure if it’s because no one else wants to work there. Or because they don’t want more than 2 tellers per shift because they don’t want to pay more money. Whoever is handing this branch is doing a very bad job.Also, needs better management. I urge they take the Rockville location as an example.

That same Indian lady miss treated me and was asking questions like I was a delinquent an block my acct too. I will report them to the BBB Too. Bad customer service!

Awful branch! Short staff and already here for 40 min waiting to talk to someone. Only one person! Very low end bank. Take your business elsewhere.
