Fresh produce, variety of meat and vegetarian/plant-based options, friendly staff (bakery, produce, flowers, bakery, helpers), clean, secure.

I shop here every now and then. Has a good selection of products. Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because I saw a bug in one of their spinach bags (bag was sealed shut). I informed one of the cashiers for it to be taken off the shelf...Other than that I've never had any issues.

Thank you to Danny from the Deli! For attending me so quickly even though he was busy! He kindly helped me with what I needed (pepperoni) I proceeded to do my grocery shopping, he then found me on the other side of the store and gave me me a fresh batch of pepperoni and told me the previous one wasn’t as fresh. I appreciate the extra mile Danny did for me just so I could have fresh pepperoni! Customer service like that you don’t find anywhere. Thank you!

I love the hot food section where you can get a variety of delicious chicken wings. They're cheaper than Popeyes and they taste better too. I often get a quick lunch there. Their employees are also very friendly and helpful especially Kevi at the hot food section and Melissa at self checkout.

My mom had really bad experience. When 2 employees approached her and asked her IF SHE HAD MONEY … just because she was looking around the flowers area . That’s very unacceptable .

A family of 5-6 was accused of stealing food like last week. The store manager was loud, shaming them in front of everyone. Screaming "shame on you!" They cried and apologized but she was ruthless and berated them. I understand they may have been wrong (If they even stole), but to embarrass them was tacky and disgusting. I withdrew my application to work here. I wouldn't give this place the time of day even if spots open. Two wrongs definitely don't make a right. That family had children, who I am sure will never forget that experience. I just have too much of a heart to embarrass people especially those who may be compromised or less fortunate. Karma is something else and it's a difference between doing your job and putting on a performance like a buffoon.

I watched for months how management gave a managerial position to 2 young ladies but refuses to pay them a manager’s salary. Wanted them to work managerial hours- opening closing the store. Checking Schedules, checking receipts at the end of the day . Plus giving them the title & duties verbally but not with extra pay or benefits without putting The compensation or title isn’t on their paychecks In 2023 Without PTO or vacation has not been added on their paychecks for this year and they have both received paychecks twice so far this year of 2023 -2024 This is the Glenmont /Silver Spring MD .location. They are afraid to go to the Union So curious why this is legal

The store manager was super racist towards me. Refused to sell me any formula accusing me of being in the store before. After multiple minutes talking with the cashier and another customer she requested him again. It is snowing have not been out at all to purchase any formula and at least 1 can would be enough. He then accused me of being in the store previously but became real quiet when i told him to check the cameras.
I will never shop here again this store manager was racist, rude, and he will literally disregard you before u even finish talking.
