I’ve used this company in the past to construct a playset so I figured I’d hire them again to move it to a new house. I paid over $1,000 and scheduled the service 30 days in advance and they never showed up, they never answered my texts, calls or emails. Very unprofessional and it ended up costing me more money since I had to move it off the property before my tenants moved in the following day, and wasn’t able to. If you can avoid using this company, you should.

They no showed for our pick up time and did not reach out. I can't get through on phone and the response to my email was trouble with their truck. No mention of a reschedule. They were quick to respond to my question about the quote prior to receiving my payment but I'm still waiting to hear when it will be rescheduled and I am wondering if I need to dispute with my credit card at this point.

I wanted to thank you for taking care of our furniture. We couldn't believe it when the movers showed up at our new place and started loading everything into the truck for us. They were so professional and quick, we just had to tip them. The move went so smoothly, it was like magic.

The guys were great. I really appreciated that they actually listened to what I was telling them about the furniture. They didn't just grab things and throw them on a truck without any regard for how it would be delivered or assembled.

My company hired them to do a commercial furniture installation. Once the job was to start they demanded a deposit of $10,000. After speaking to the GM Issac, we reluctantly gave it. Our customer changed their timing and Furniture Experts refused to re-quote us and said they could no longer do the job. We had to hire another company to pick up all of the product for which Furniture Experts charged us $4,500.00, promising to send the balance of of our deposit of $5,500 back on 08-09. We still have not received it and they will not respond to calls or emails

We have used Furniture Experts Movers several times and have been 100% satisfied each time. The guys are always friendly and hard-working. Their rates are reasonable, the truck was clean and the owner calls to check on their progress. We would recommend their services to anyone and will use them again when we need help.

We are a large organization and as such, we have lots of facilities. So far, I have had the opportunity to have several contractors. In my opinion,Furniture Experts Movers is one of the best companies I've ever worked with. They are always on time, and they do all the work they say they will do, and they do it very well. I would highly recommend this company for any work that you need to be done around your home or business.

We have used them multiple times now and this time we're moving 3K miles and they are the only ones we'd trust to pack us safely. Our crew started as 4 guys, but when they saw our job they doubled their manpower without charging us more. We were astonished and grateful. we would have been totally screwed.
