I always go to express to get my suit,today I went there to get a suit they put a sign in front of the entrance said 60% off on everything inside the store, when I took my suit to the check out the cashier said is not included on sale,I told her they said 60% off at the entrance non of the cashier knew the sign was there,they said is not there fault.How come you open a store everyday and you didn’t realize there is a sign said 60 % off ,they just said they can’t help with that,This is not customer service the way they told me that so I have to go to Macy’s because of that.that is really bad for the business.

Ordered delivery, arrived on time. Got beef bowl with fried rice, shumai, spring rolls, oreo smoothie, and dumplings (free with a special). Good sized portions for the money, and pleasantly tasty. I've spent far more on Asian takeout in the area and been disappointed. Wasn't this time; decent value for money, will order again. Yay!

Solid mall food. Fantastic teriyaki chicken. $7.49 for chicken, fried rice, and veggies. $1.50 for double meat. 5 cents for plastic bag. Quick and good customer service.

I got the chicken stir fry w/ half fried rice & half noodle. The food is ok but it didn't come w/ any sauce. The sauce is located on the counter, uncovered for people to pour themselves. I thought leaving the sauce on the counter uncovered is pretty gross, and the fact that everyone was using the same spoon during a pandemic makes it even worse. It made me think they would rather be unsanitary than pour sauce on the customers's foods

I love this brand so much. I usually shop online until I found Dana, store manager of this location. I am now a regular in- store customer. She knows her staff very well, and she always helps her clients with the highest quality of customer service. Thank you, Dana. I hope I have your name spelled right.Also Shania, customer support supervisor, is an amazing person. Very happy and satisfied with the service express associates delivered at any level.I can’t wait to shop and interact more with Express professionals.

I feel like you can't really go wrong with stir fry but somehow it happened. I got the chicken teriyaki. A popular dish. I waited almost 15 minutes for my food as well as the others who were there. It seemed as if the cook rushed everything because my chicken lacks color and teriyaki sauce. The rice has 0 flavor. The vegetables might be the only good thing about this plate. Disappointed.

The Ladies here are very friendly, and always at your service. I always get positive vibes when I walk in here. I love shopping at express and this location is one of my favorites. They have a good selection of clothes, great prices for quality items ; and great customer service!
