Costco is trash, but THIS Costco, in particular, is one of the worst. Whoever the manager is here is 100% incompetent. No wonder Costco has a 1.15/5 review rating on the Better Business Bureau website.

This is our nearest Costco and we enjoy shopping here. Its a pretty busy place and can get a little annoying sometimes when the staff gives you the running around for simple things but most are very helpful and responsive.

Got someone doing pizza ice cream and hot dogs, no cashier. Preps great if you’re taking orders

Close to our house, well-stocked and staff is friendly and help you through self-checkout. My only negative is the coffee grinder= usually broken or if working Extremely slow!!

I’ve been an executive member for as long as I can remember, and I came to grab pizza really quick with my daughter, four dollars for two pizzas, they would not let me buy it because they needed my physical card. The customer service was terrible and when a lady offered for me to order with her, they started yelling saying that we couldn’t share cards despite being an active member. Would never come here again— it’s a mess and run down.

I went here not long ago and spent 2 hours shopping just to be told by the cashier checking us out we need to get a Costco card that actually matches our face, so no problem we went to the booth took pictures, got the card and came back to buy everything else as they had it there waiting for us. But the moment we got there the same cashier who just told us to do all of this was questioning the picture on the card even tho we had just taken it not 2 min prior to that engagement, so suffice to say that we ended up leaving without getting anything and it was a complete disappointment so much so that even though we have a Costco card that will last us a year now we are probably never be visiting this one ever again and that’s a bummer since this is one of the only ones close by

Shopping here make you feel regret to spend money. Cashier count short for me 50 dollars without say sorry. Of cause not greating and good bye either as always. Costco Beltsville is the best

Terrible management.
They have a booth for T Mobile in their stores.
I purchased an Apple phone and T Mobile service.
They charged me for taxes on the phone.
Never received the phone , but got a bill from T Mobile.
After 3 times going there and talking to the store manager and T mobile shop in Costco , they are not crediting me the charge, and the store manager flatly says , it is not Costco responsibility to solve the problem, it is T Moblio responsibility!
Like if you buy Kerry Gold butter from them and get sick it has nothing to do with Costco.
I am so upset with Costco and lack of customer service , abusing public trust in Costco and getting a cut from TMobile.
Shame on you Costco.
Will follow up legally to get my money back.
Shame on you.
