“I brought in my broken laptop that was over 10 years old. They helped me find a suitable replacement at my desired price point. The service center is outstanding. Their was a tiny misstep with the initial setup (no fault on their part) but they worked quickly to correct it and at NO charge. You can buy a computer anywhere but the service aspect is what sets any business apart...and Micro Center provides great service. It's now my go-to shop for all my digital needs.”

They came to my home office, took my very large printer back to their shop for some messy work that needed to be done, and brought the printer back to me the very next day. Walked in today, 2/20, with a broken iPhone 6 screen. Quoted $189 + tax. When asked if this was a bit expensive, I was told it is because it is an iPhone 6 and that I could save some money by going to a stall/vendor, who would not put genuine apple parts. Walked into Bethesda Apple Store. I was quoted for $129+tax and an estimate of 1.5hrs to pick it up. I went with Apple and yes, they did use Apple genuine parts ;) Still trying to figure out why they wanted to charge $189.. I would not go back.
Updated as of 3/5 - see attached snapshot. All of a sudden a 5 star review from Jennie Wentzel for all of your locations (wow, Jennie has travelled to all of your locations - 20 or so and each one to be excellent!!!) to improve your ratings is looking shady too. A coincident it is out at the same time you guys replied. More reasons to stay away from your business.”
“Overall experience at the store was only fine, but I’m leaving review to report that Curtis is the man. I bought a TV that didn’t work and brought it back to return it. Curtis went above and beyond to help me find a replacement TV for it. He was super knowledgeable and helpful. Promote this man!”

“I took my high end gaming PC to Advanced Computer Support when my monitor went black and unresponsive after some years of use. The company I bought it from was no help and essentially told me I was on my own. At first they could not figure out why it was doing this, and because of this they were not going to charge me for their services. I made the decision to have it taken apart so I could sell the parts individually and it was during this time that they figured out that my monitor was black because of a bad LCD inverter! They promptly ordered a new one and reassembled my PC and it has been working fantastic ever since! Would highly recommend them to anyone experiencing issues with their PC!”

“I would always see this store when driving on Georgia Avenue to and from my home in Glenmont off of Randolph Road. I have been here on 2 occassions in the past few months. I've been impressed by the store's attention to it's customers. At the entrance you are greeted by employees stationed at the security post. They offer a friendly hello & directions to help find what your looking to buy. I was there to look at the laptops. With so many different models on display from the affordable to the expensive I asked for the assistance of the employee working in this department. He was busy but was able to help me in less than 5 minutes. He showed me several of the models on display. I was impressed by the information cards & the price signage. They offer payment plans of 12 months clearly shown on the displays. I found the prices to be a little bit out of my price range but appreciated the friendly & knowledgeable assistance. On the way out of the store I checked out their line of Ring security & doorbell items. They've been installed in my current home & are very sensitive & efficient.
