“This store is GREAT for gifts, surprises, or just some nice finds to have around your home. It's also great for finding puzzles, games, or hobbies to do on your own. They also had quality cards for special occasions, and many unique items - and all for a good value - that really made me appreciate this store. It's a shop that's worth coming by over and over again, whenever I'm in the area to see what finds for sale the owner has managed to pull out of the top hat. And this isn't a second-hand shop.”

“The Bethesda location has STUNNING staff. I came in yesterday, not even really to buy just to look, and I was helped by Elizabeth (Liz). She was so nice, pleasant, and conversational. She stayed with me while I looked around, making small talk, and I kept talking about how amazing the store smelled. I ended up buying a diffuser. While we chatted, there was a nice gentlemen steaming the clothes. This time around, I placed an order through their online website for an in-store pickup. Wendy called to let me know my item (Side Puffy Heart Necklace) arrived, and there wasn't a rush to pick it up. When I arrived in the store, I was greeted by the friendly staff members and picked up my item in a timely manner.”

I now go there more frequently to see what new things they have.Previous review: I'm so glad to hear others say they've had great customer service b/c it's been hit or miss with me. Sometimes i'll get a very nice sales woman and other times, like today, my daughter and i walked in, looked around the jewelry by the front register and left 5 mins later and not one person acknowledged us. We've also gone bought something there and literally, nothing was said to us. Not hello/can i help you/thank you for shopping with us. As i said, there have been times when they've been friendly but it's kind of odd that it's not consistent.”
