This little store has a very large selection of wine and beer. I walked in with low expectations, but was pleasantly surprised by the craft beer variety that is available. The cashier was very personable as well. Will definitely visit again.

Tons of different selections to choose from even options from different countries. They also have local wine and beer options. The worker who rang up my order was very personable and super friendly, had a great conversation. Definitely recommend going here to purchase wine or beer

Convenient place to pick up my booze after a hard fought Costco trip. Pretty good beer and wine selection for such a small place.

You wouldn't expect a place in a mall to have such a varied selection of beer and wine but truly they have everything you need. I'm a bit of a beer n*** and like to support local breweries whenever I can and their local section is always well-stocked.There's been some turnover lately with employees and I think new ownership as well, but I've always gotten great recommendations when I asked.

I recently visited Choice Wine & Beer to look for a gift for a friend. I was told to find a white wine Riesling; however, being unfamiliar with wine and the nuances of alcohol overall, I was highly overwhelmed by the available selections in this store. I looked for a sign that said either "White Wines" or "Rieslings" or something that could help guide me on my own. There was no such sign available. Two people were working in the store, one woman behind the register and another guy walking around dusting the shelves. After walking around the store aimlessly for about 15-20 minutes, I heard the guy ask another couple, who just walked in and happened to be white if he could help them with anything. He proceeded to guide the couple around the store and willfully answered their questions. The couple was able to get their questions answered, selected their product, and was checked out. Meanwhile, I was left to literally stand in the middle of the store, perplexed and dismayed at the poor level of customer service that I was receiving. The guy then returned to dusting the shelves after helping the couple, continuing to ignore me, a customer, standing in the middle of the store.I decided to share my frustration with the lady behind the register. She apologized and offered to help me. Although I intended to express my disappointment to the young lady and leave the store (because they clearly didn't want my business), she was very friendly. And despite admitting that she was very new and not as knowledgeable about white wines, she at least offered to help where she could. And since that's all I really wanted, I decided to purchase the wine she suggested and other one she laughed at.I just hope the management at Choice Wine & Beer will read this review and remind their team that all customers deserve the same level of high-quality customer service. I suspect that most people walking into a wine & beer store in the mall may not be a connoisseur and would appreciate any advice or suggestions. A little kindness shown to all goes a long way to sustaining and building customer relationships.
