Right outside the main door where the 2 ATMs are located are ALWAYS filthy. Like you can see the grime, spills, spit, and whatever else stuck and staying on the sidewalk. The tellers there offer dry customer service. You can tell what manager(s) are there depending on the attitudes. They are usually rude whilst having private conversations right in front of your face. I only get a good vibe from the young man with really long hair. The only reason why this location has the rating it does is because it has like 5 different ATMs accessible from the outside. 2 on the inside and 1 of them on the inside is accessible after hours. Super convenient location. HORRIBLE customer service.

This bank branch staff do not smile or greet customers at all. The branch manager “Roma” tried to deny me notary service. She told me to pay $1 across the street. Eventually “Milton” had me complete my document to be notarized. Then he told me his license expired. Another notary who was kind completed the service. I left this branch feeling extremely upset. I’ve never experienced such unpleasant treatment at Navy Federal. This type of service at a facility where my money is at is absolutely unacceptable. This experience has made me want to stop banking with them. Every business should provide 5 star customer service and nothing less. I hope this branch receives white glove customer training.

Bank needs to upgrade all of its ATM machines. Always an issue with ATM when getting cash and/or depositing checks and cash. ATM touchscreens are non responsive when prompting selections because the touchscreens are old and damaged.
