Worst bank experience as a 20 year Bank of America customer. Stood in business banking line for 15 minutes and the teller ignores you until its time to close bank. Get to regular line to ask for change and I get an attitude. I see why this branch average rating is 2.5. Considering you get a 1 by default, this is absolutely a shame and waste of resources by Bank of America. This branch needs to close down permanently as the experience will drive customers away to other banking institutions. It's just a matter of when not if before I cut all ties with Bank of America. I don't blame the employees here rather the Bank of America culture. I'm done

I recently had to transfer the contents of my safe deposit box from the North Silver Spring branch to the Wheaton location. I was pleasantly greeted, informed as to the process, made an appointment and was met in a timely manner by Marilyn, followed up by Naomi. I am satisfied that the job was well done

This branch manager her name is Naomi, and she is extremely racist, she act so weird and her attitude is the worst. Because we are black she treated us so poor. I see how she talk to people like her. She doesn’t have any qualities of a manager. I will never come back especially to this place because I don’t want to see her again.

Bank of America has turned into the Comcast of Banks. Won't help customers without an appointment, which can be several days out. I made one and sat there for over an hour while they ran back and forth and made calls and ultimately they could not help me. They needed to have their legal team review the estate paperwork and they claimed they would contact me within 5 days, at which point I would have to make another appointment to come back (come back!?!) to sign a SIGNATURE CARD to open my account (???why?) 11 days later, they still have not called me and I've called them at least 60 times (yes, my phone counted). No one ever answers. Making it impossible to reach a human that can actually help you, making the call center menu impossible to penetrate and generally making all banking with them a terrible experience and this branch is no exception. I've closed all my accounts with them, (yet they still thank me when I call because I've been a customer since 1998) I've never seen a company's customer service deteriorate quite so quickly.

I don't know about this particular branch but Bank of America is absolutely the worst bank you can possibly have an account with. It spends literally billions of dollars on every woke cause under the sun but has the worst customer service operation of any entity I have ever dealt with. It's disgraceful, under-funded and under-staffed. I've had my accounts there for 31 years and am a "premium" customer. Yet, I have spent the last hour trying to get a live person. This has been persistent for several years now and I plan on moving my accounts to a different bank. The worst. If I could give it less than a one star rating I would.

Excellent customer service, my wife and I were out in less than 10 minutes.Everyone at this branch right from the security officer to the floor manager to the relationship manager do their job perfectly.So much better than other BOA branches!I would highly recommend to take an appointment from your mobile app for your work at the bank.
