I have been coming to Always Mobile repair for about three years with great results each time!!! They are knowledgeable about the various devices and have great customer service! Sometimes I waited in the store for my device repairs and witnessed many other satisfied customers picking up and testing out theirs completed devices. Last month, after my device was completed, the Tech even fixed my Fitbit watch bands without hesitation! Unfortunately my teenage kids keep bringing me back here every 6 months or so but I can rest easily knowing Always Mobile has my back with faster, cheaper prices and great customer service! Thank you to the Owner and Techs!!

How can u say u have a successful business if nobody goes ther every time u past by this business u never see anyone there when u search on google u can see nobody goes there all ur cases on the wall there barley are any theres no organization on this store and the employees are horrible they bever greet the time i went there i had to stand there ten minutes for someone to attend me and im not the only person that thinks this there are no good employees no good product and used phone that dont work cases that break in days and employees that dont know what there doing they put music and this many that says he knows what hes doing is singing and not consentrated on what they should be doing i bet they could probably leave ur phone evn worse than when u brought it and this is not a fake account i live in Maryland and hate this place there employees suck and are horrible and evvery thing they sell is wack

Updated Post. Although I had no luck reaching the store to try to troubleshoot over the phone. I went into the store and the management and customer service team were more than happy to assist. I prejudged my experience based on the fact that my phone wasn't completely repaired and then I had trouble reaching store management via telephone. But once I went in to the store which is a good ways away, the manager handled my issue personally, and assured me that if the issue occurred he would make it right. I was convicted enough to make a change to my review and encourage consumers to go into the store. With a bit of patience my issue was resolved. :)

I think the previous review is accurate. I've been trying to reach your store for the last hour and someone keeps hanging up the phone. You guys might want to get your customer service in check... you're loosing A LOT of business this way. Get it together.
