I came to Wheaton mall on Sunday 9/9 around 3pm to buy a specific pair of shoes at Aldo’s and was helped by a rude lady that refused to give me her real name. I’ve came into Aldo’s a couple of times and this isn’t the first time that I interacted with this rude lady. She had an attitude and in the past it was little things that she’s said that I would brush it off but this time she said too much that we had a lot of back and forth when I clearly just wanted to make a purchase. I will no longer be coming to this specific store and won’t recommend to my family or friends.

Store manager Gabby and DMs Margarita and Jose were super kind and helped me find two pairs of shoes and the appropriate insoles and cushions. I’m a heels person with skinny ankles and desperately needed some flats help. It was also great to see the DMs helping Gabby and hyping her up! ? I’ve worked/managed retail in the past and didn’t always have that helping hand.

I just had a horrible experience at Aldo in Wheaton mall. I was helped by Gabriella. I was returning some shoes that I payed at a store but since they didn’t have my size I got them shipped to my house. They looked to me like that had been worn already. I talked to customer service, they told me to go to the store that they had a new pair ready for me. When I explained to her what I was told, she just kept saying no we don’t do that. How are we gonna order it for you if we don’t have it!?? Then she looked at the shoes and said that they were fine! That they weren’t worn! That I should just keep them!! I’m like… those shoes look disgusting to me. I don’t want them! She finally ended up ordering them again for me but she made me feel horrible. She made me feel like I was lying. I buy at Aldo all the time!! I can’t believe I was treated this way!!

Gabriela was extremely rude and refused to help me when I asked her to check for certain shoes. Also she gave me a box with 2 different shoes and now I have to go return the shoes. The customer service was trash and they should really consider talking to Gabriela and how she’s representing the brand . It’s not a good look and I won’t be shopping with Aldo ever again.

On Wednesday I went shopping, everything they have is very nice. But the people who work are terrible. They don't let you choose to your liking, there was a girl who was very annoying because she didn't want to touch the wallets. And she is a Hispanic girl with terrible service, like if you ask for it, she goes.

Last week I went to buy some boots, I loved the shoes, it's a shame that they have terrible service, everyone who works there doesn't know how to serve, they should teach them how to do it because if they're not going to lose all their clients, they should hire people who even want to work, not people who pass by. just sitting there making a bad face looking bad when you enter that is not done ?? Because people are going to buy not to ask for a gift, learn that ??

Poor service. There was a lady who did not treat us at all friendly. Every time we grabbed a bag, she would take it out from our hands and put it back on the shelf, it was like if we weren't going to pay for it.
