This company is a joke!! The owner Mike Hall hides behind his employees. I called every day to both locations. Was finally called back after 97 days. The owner relayed a message to his employee he didn't want to come back to our home to fix this issues we are having from his company with our Well and pump! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY HAVE NO COSTUMER SERVICE WHAT SO EVER! AND THE OWNER IS A COWARD.

Everything about this company is top shelf from answering their phones on a weekend to responding and fixing the problem in less than 24 hours. Great people too.

Just wanted to leave a 5 star review and say how thankful we are. We lost water Friday night, and Saturday by 2:30 we were back up and running with a new submersible pump installed. Can’t thank the team at Somerset Well drilling enough and especially service tech Mr. Jeff for getting us back up and running and especially on a Saturday.

Pump was leaking, they put in a new pump charged me over 4k. Sucked air from start, after third return visit they said it was cracked from cold and said manager would call, never did. Just sent me a bill for another $1758. When I called for the third visit lady who answered phone was very rude and told me I had water and others did not so I would have to wait until they had time to come out. I will never use them again. Got totally screwed over on this one!!Service: Pump repairs & installation

They drilled till I was able to drink out of the hose, No water softener needed. Excellent team and new neighbors used them by my recommendation.

This is a fine, honest company. They exude confidence and promise they will find water. They failed to do so. After three tries. Again, I do not fault them—they tried—and thankfully they discounted my bill. But I still owe $9000. And no water. $9000. My advice is that if you use this company add an addendum to the contract that says”no payment due unless water discovered.”Service: Pump installation

Contacted Somerset well drilling to locate my well on a newly purchased home . They were very upfront with what they charged per hour but they do not think about what they are doing . I come home to a 15-20’ trench no deeper than 18” and a charge to my Amex for 850$. Before they started digging their exact words were “ if it gets to expensive we will bring in a machine “ . I contacted their office when I got my Amex notification to see what was going on and she told me I would get a call from the manager . A week later and two more phone calls I finally receive a call back . First of all I never got a receipt for the two men and their golden shovels they used to dig, second they couldn’t return my phone call after charging my card 850$ on a Friday. Third off I called down to snow hill , gave them my name and address and had a plot emailed within 20 min. Somerset you need to do a better job researching your jobs. Come to find out the well is steel and o can use a metal detector to locate where it is . I personally have recommended your company to every Geothermal customer I come across , that stops today. Will not be referring you company and sending customers your way.Dan

On the expensive side , But, they show up . Jeff needs to put shut off valve's at the incoming/outgoing lines. May have to shut system off to work on lines ,someday. Jeff installed pressure switch so low high tides trip breaker, put things back same as there were please.Thanks guys.

It says online that they help with financing and give free estimates. Not only is any of that true, the lady I spoke with was very rude.

I have dealt with Somerset Well Drilling a number of times over the years. The lastest was July 2. I find them to be extremely professional, reliable, and courteous! They kept me informed in every aspect of their work. They pulled my pump, cleaned the screen in the well and blew out the well lines. They also replaced my pump. Great locally owned company that does things well!!!
