This place did a very nice job, and I would have given it more stars but for a lack of options for the customer.
I have an old farm truck that periodically needs cleaning on the INSIDE. I don't worry about the outside because it's old and not worth it.
For some unknown reason, they do not like to clean the insides of cars WITHOUT ALSO DOING THE OUTSIDE. They basically gave me the run around about this on the phone and then in person, until, exhausted and running out of time, I agreed.
For the most basic package, it was $160 and it took them 2 HOURS... even with litteraly 5 - 8 people working on it at once.
I wish that there were more options for the customer. With simple basic interior cleaning being an option. I do not need "mandatory" leather and tire treatments for a 13 year old truck. I heard them pressuring these treatments on everyone while I was waiting. Telling me they will make my truck "brand new". I don't need or want that, but thanks.
So, in summary, while they did a very nice job, they don't offer the customer much freedom to pick and choose their treatments.
The treatments can get VERY expensive very quickly.
And the wait is at least 2 hours, as they said this is the typical wait time.
If you have a newer car, want a package treatment, and have the time and money, then this place is a good choice.
If you have an older car, just want a basic clean, are in a rush, or don't have a lot to spend, then it's probably not the best choice.

This place is the greatest they always offer. Excellent customer service. My car is always spic and span and the prices are reasonable. They’ll do everything from a basic wash and clean to a complete detailing. I love it.

Always had good service there until today. Very disappointed with this car wash today. I fell over one of the metal poles on their signs. And had scraped up my hands, knee, and elbow. There was lots of blood. I had to ask for a paper towel because no one offered one to me.. All they gave me was a cup of ice water. It was like they didn’t care at all. Won’t be going back there!

This place is absolutely amazing. They did a wonderful job on my vehicle inside and Out. They are very friendly. Very professional and for what they did to my vehicle very affordable. I highly recommend this place.

$20 for a deluxe wash, $15 for interior. They just ran a vacuum through the inside. Little disappointed on the deluxe wash though. Front of the car looks like it wasn't touched, rest of it is fine.

Had a coupon for full service car wash then upgraded to gold wash. Car went through the tunnel at 11:45 am it sat on the other side until 12:35 before anyone finished it. Other cars were coming through and the staff was attending to those but my care and one other just sat there. I looked around for management and no one was to be found. Needless to say I will never go back. Horrible service

Giving this place a mixed review. I brought my car in for a deep shampoo a few weeks ago and they did a nice job. My dog had an accident in it a week later and I took back it in, requesting another deep shampoo and interior detail and exterior wash. I could tell when I got it, that they had not done a deep shampoo and told me they felt it only needed a light shampoo. The mats were thrown over the back seat, there were rags on the floor and there was still debris in the back that was there when I brought it in. The car does not feel clean to me now. What irks me the most is that I specifically requested a deep shampoo and they took it upon themselves to not do that. I was not asking their opinion on what my car needed and the last I understood business, the customer requests the services they want, the business delivers those services and gets paid. They did transport me to and from home which I appreciated.

ETA: tried again & it was more reasonable. Staff were great. But seriously, how are they the #1 car wash in Carroll Cty for 14 consecutive years and it's a moldy nasty mess inside? Honestly, if you have a mold allergy do not go inside,it smells so bad.
I've never paid so much for a car wash in my life ($48 = Gold + 2 doors + mandatory COVID fog), so I definitely expected a much better outcome. It took 25 minutes, most of which was under the tent in the back where 3 guys watched 1 work. The back seat & rear were barely vacuumed, no one even attempted to wipe down the doors.
