Weis home-made pizza from the deli are delicious, when they actually make them. I called today at 3:49PM to order a cheese and pepperoni, deli guy says sorry, we are out of dough. I just don't believe that on a Wednesday they are out of dough? I also called another time and it was pretty early and they said they were not making them at that time. It doesn't take rocket science or much time to make a pizza. I used to go to the Weis in Mount Airy for deli made pizza quite often. They always had ingredients, and staff that made them up until at least 9PM or so. How is it this Weis never seems to have the ingredients or people who want to get paid for doing their job?

Weis has a policy where if you buy the wrong item, they will not accept the return. I called and explained my husband got a few items wrong and I would like to return them, would I need a receipt? They said yes, in order to return these items you need a receipt. I searched my whole house and found it. When I drove there to return them, the smug customer service lady rolled her eyes and said she can't take them back unless they're expired. My goal was to return them and buy the correct item from Weis. Instead of asking to confirm this with a manager, I just left. I will never step foot in this place again, and I have been a member for a long time. Me and my family will take our business elsewhere. The customer service rep was unfriendly, unmoved, and did not offer quality service to me. Had she apologized or shown any signs of sympathy, I would sing another tune. Unfortunately, they have crotchety old ladies working here, and none of them are nice. I will NEVER step foot into another Weis again. Why should I? Aldi is so much better. Goodbye forever Weis, I will not miss you.

The one in Westminster has gone WAY downhill! There are only two good managers there that I am aware of. The checkout is slow.

Weis may be a pricier on some items compared to some other stores, but their produce dept is always well kept and fresh. They also tend to have a better variety of fresh meats, which is always appreciated. Unlike a local competitor, Weis stores are also cleaner, they offer sales, and they tend to have more people working registers. They also offer frequent shopper rewards which save you money. All in all, there are more benefits to shop Weis than not to.

My review was taken down ! But Mike the gas attendant was so rude and mean to me while I was trying to ask how I redeem my points ! He was so rude the way he talk to me like I was 5 years old ! I ask him why is taking to me this way ! He gave me the middle finger right away and called me Karen ! I reported him and called corporate and talk to Daniel the manager and he told me they have 100 employees and a thousand all together! Which was another smack in the face ! Everyone said Mike is never rude he must been having a bad day ! And maybe that's true ! And he might just be racist and talk to black peoples that way ! Daniel the manager said he seen the video and seen the both of us having and back ad fourth ! But I would not have had a back and fourth ! With rude Mike until he put his middle finger up a@ me and called me Karen! Yes of course I had my choice words to say to him after he treated me so poorly! Yes racism is real and Mike is racist ! Or he would have never treated me that way! Fire Mike ! I will continue to update this ! ! FYI I shop here all the time and I do like the store it's a clean store ! All around I refuse to be treated this way!
