Trash in the washers, and the first dryer I used didn’t dry anything after 45min so had to switch to a different machine. Would not recommend

It takes a lot for me to give a bad review, but this is one of the worst laundromats I’ve ever been to, and I’m from Baltimore! I can count on two hands how many separate occasions I’ve been unlucky enough to choose the bad machines. It’s like russian roulette in this place, one of the larger industrial washers does not use my detergent (as ive seen in another complaint, but the one right next to it does just fine), there is no hot water whatsoever even though machines have the setting for it, and dryer 10 has not been drying for MONTHS. The element is clearly gone up but it’s obvious by its appearance this place doesnt get much attention. The only convenience is that its 24 hours but honestly, its not enough to keep me going here after all the money Ive WASTED on non-working machines that don’t ever get attended to.Also no bathroom, really? In a place like that, you don’t ever want to be forced to leave anything unattended. Waste of money, not at all worth it for all the headaches. I’ll start going to Amy’s.

This place uses quarters and not those stupid prepaid cards!Mostly clean-ish. The machines I used worked well.No bathroom. No sink.Working change machine.A little awkward to walk to with bags of laundry because of where parking is relative to the doors.Overall a good laundry experience. It cost me 9 bucks for two washers and two dryers.

Dirtiest laundromat I’ve ever used. Everything is old and run down. There were two laundry carts that were rusty. There is no attendant so several machines had clothing just sitting in them. Used dryer sheets, lint balls and trash all over the floor. The worst part is the layout. The narrow aisle between the machines in the narrow room made it impossible to carry your laundry between machines without having to wait for others to finish what they were doing. A very sad and poorly run place. I’ll be going to Amy’s next time.

Its okay. The coin change machine jips or malfunctions when running out of money. We called the owner; initially he didnt answer. We left a vm and text. It best to call the owner and tell the issues right away. He eventually made it out. Number is on the wall. We got our money back. It might benefit that he has someone around at least for a few hrs.

Read a review from 4-5 years ago that they would make improvements but it appears to be the same as it was all those years ago. Coin machine is out of order, multiple machines are out of order, and it's very dirty.

Disgusting mildewy and moldy half my clothes wasn't even wet when I got them out of the washing machine and the dryer are quarter eaters

For convenience it's good because it's close to the grocery store and open 24 hours However it's hot in there and it's very narrow in the way of walking back and forth so you get in the way of other people doing their laundry all the time. I had three separate dryers going and two of them did not dry my clothes in 2 hours that's a lot of quarters. There's no restroom that's a problem for me
