I went in to trade in my phone around 610pm. Was “greeted” by Brad (badge said Bradley). Told him I wanted to upgrade, he then said I would have to change my plan and I that I should have came in months ago so that I would get a good deal…. I said well that’s odd because online it said I would get 830$ off my phone and I didn’t have to change anything. He then said no that is just up to…. I then pulled out my phone with a screenshot of the same phone in my cart. That showed $830 off my trade in. Which online it showed 10.27 instead of the 33 and change for the 36 months. Once he figured out he was looking at the wrong phone for trade in. He then printed a paper that said it would be 22 and some change for 36 months. I stated that is not the same deal as online. He swore up and down that it was. Not sure how it is the same when I have the screenshot right in front of us and it’s simple math. It’s a 12$ difference. He told me I was wrong, no explaining or anything. Just “it’s the same as online” . So I walked out. Won’t be back to this location. Maybe hire people that actually want to work with their customers and not have a tone of a 20 year that doesn’t want to be there.

I pay hundreds every gotdam month to Verizon for cellular service!! Have for years. I live in a "modern 1st World Nation county in a normal state of Maryland in populous area. The gotdam tower is only 1/2 mile away. In order to give them feedback on my poor service, they prefer I "call" them. Well Verizon, sure, IF I COULD GET A SIGNAL STRONG TO CALL!!! Hell, I need to walk outside by my aluminum garage door to send a single picture in a text message. I cannot send a simple word text to more than ONE recipient at a time. I had to use 911 a week ago, and out of NINE attempts, none went thru!! FiLED A COMPLAINT WITH THE FCC. Technically, Carroll Co is quite rural and agricultural, but it's not in bum-fit-egypt!! Several years ago, Verizon "started" installing trenched Internet (FIOS) infrastructure in the county until a bean counter felt the investment was too high to make a "profit" and project was abandoned. So then, what does my hundred $$$ every month go toward? Certainly not our ability to use our phones, call 911 unless I drive to the nearest convenience store parking lot, or send my friend a dam picture of my wife's dam cat!!! Always telling my angry self that as soon as a "provider" enters the market around here, I'm gone, with my family's devices and shares with my neighbors.

We were told by a tier two Verizon tech to return a brand new iPhone to this exact location because it was defective and they could not activate it properly after multiple attempts. After having spent four hours on the phone the evening prior and chatting with tech assistants who tried to diagnose this issue, the phone was brought it to THIS location as instructed by the company for an exchange. My parents were treated poorly by the associate (who’s name appropriately rhymes with “****** — belittled at first for even thinking that a phone could be defective and sent home after having paid some kind of mystery fee of roughly $29.99 to be told that the phone needed to be returned to ANOTHER location and exchanged. After four hours and four different people at Verizon telling us that was the case to begin with, you could say we were pretty frustrated. To make matters worse, the phone number listed for this location is a main 800 line, so you can’t actually talk to a human that works at this location. I couldn’t get answers on why my parents had to pay a random fee to be sent back home with a still VERY defective piece of equipment. I’m all for playing by the rules, but this just seems like a way to nickel and dime those who may not know the ins and outs of tech or the activation process, and that’s a shame. I had to call corporate and complain about this one. We’ve been customers for over 20 years, and I know Verizon isn’t that hard up that they can’t just offer a simple exchange for a faulty device free of any additional charge.**UPDATE** after spending another three hours on the phone with Verizon, we returned to this location as instructed. Adam was amazingly helpful and was incredibly kind and supportive of my parents. He tried what he could with the phone and didn’t question that it was defective. He listened to us and went above and beyond working to make this experience a good one. Give this guy a FAT bonus!! Thank you, Adam!! Verizon is lucky to have you.

I had a wonderful experience at this location. When my old phone died, I went in to purchase a new one. I am a senior citizen and don't "do" a lot of technology, but still working and being on the road most days requires I have phone on hand at all times. I primarily dealt with Adam and Brad, but all of the employees were very polite and attentive. My questions and concerns were answered with a smile. I got my new phone and was back on the road in a reasonable amount of time. I applaud them for their helpfulness and patience!

Condescending, arrogant attitudes. I don't like mentioning any names, but it rhymes with Kirk. Never got offered any cases, accessories, extra help. Was handed my new phone and told to have a good day. Just wanted me out of the store as quickly as possible.

HORRIBLE experience. Sales rep totally misrepresented the product and pricing. Much more expensive than promised. Was told my bill will go up for a few months and then go much lower. This never happened! When I went back to discuss with the manager ADAM, he was condescending and disrespectful. They dont care to do the right thing. Very dishonest employees. Go elsewhere for your phone services.

Each time I visit this location there is a line and service is slow. Most the time it takes 20-30min just to get associate assistance. They are very limited with the accessories and parts they sell for Verizon phones. Needed a stylus for my s22 ultra an they do not even offer replacements. Each time I have visited there is some excuse as too why they cannot help. After spending over $1000 on a phone, would think they would be more helpful. Your better off visiting Asurion a few doors down for a better customer service experience, that is where the Verizon workers send you anyways when they do not feel like doing their job.

One word LAZYCouple of other guys were in the back working in filling in stock. I guess this kid was responsible for greeting customers. Just sat there like he could care less. I sat down a couple of chairs down from him while he was working with someone else and waited until it was my turn… when he was finished he was like bring your phone over to me , really, couldn’t even bother himself to get up and walk across the room to me. Then the other guy came out. He’s like” can you help her” and an other guy did. he didn’t wanna do anything but sit there. I apologize in advance if he’s disabled, and could not walk

I gave this 3 stars because Kirk was absolutely amazing. We’ve been getting the run around from Verizon support about getting a final bill mailed and directed us to this corporate store. Kirk went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. Verizon phone support and chat support are completely useless.

Went to this store twice due to voicemail not working, and still isn't. Was met with poor and rude customer service, and given three different answers in two visits... extremely frustrating. The attitude appeared condescending and arrogant. This store used to be great when they were located in the mall. It clearly isn't the level that we used to be able to rely on. I've read some of the reviews, and find it interesting that the store responses are apologetic and "we're looking into it" So to the store, please do not respond with meaningless fluff, it's a moot point. We will not return to that store for anything. We plan to buy new phones in a few months, but not there.
