Do not trust this store for online print orders. I have tried to use them twice for print orders and both times they totally dropped the ball and simply will not complete the order and will not communicate to let you know this.
They will not answer the phone when you call to inquire about the order.
They will not cancel the order so your funds stay untouchable int he bank. Since they never complete the order, the funds stay in "pending" status so you cannot dispute the charge with your credit card company.
When you try to log in using the email link sent by UPS, the link does not work for one reason or another, making it impossible to even reset your password.
Totally impossible. Why they do not just tell corporate UPS that they refuse to complete these orders is mind-boggling-- they seem to have no issue wasting customers' time.

Closing out a family members estate and spend a lot of time here. So many services in one place (fax.mail. notary. resizing documents, etc) and the staff are incredibly helpful.

We were at the IPS store on Friday, April 12, 2”24, Carol, the Assistant Store manager helped us. She couldn’t have been more kind, patient, and willing to work with us through the many Amazon returns we brought in. We are so grateful for her help. I know we will be back!!

I had to exchange two pairs of pants from Amazon and showed up with the pants in their original packaging and the return labels which stated no box was needed. The first employee I spoke to quickly dismissed me and said I needed a box. I left, but decided to return to buy a box and ship the items anyway. The original girl that I had spoken to was busy, so I went to Chris and asked to purchase a box for the items. Chris reported that no box was necessary and he could just package it with a bag at no cost. He made the process effortless and quickly changed my experience from poor to excellent.

I came into the store. on a busy Sunday morning as soon as they opened I needed to be helped immediately with notarization. Chris was so helpful and so was Carol. They both worked diligently to get my copies and meet all my needs efficiently quickly I would definitely recommend them for any services that anyone needs through UPS. Thanks to both of them.?
