“I was given Rob’s name from a friend, as I was in need of a trusted mechanic. I called a little after 8AM on a Wednesday, told him my issue and he told me to bring it right up and he would take a look. I was at work, he asked me to drop it after work and he’d look at it first thing Thursday.
Long story shortened, he called me by 830AM, told me what he’d found, the estimate and had the car ready before noon.
