I would love to say that they know what they're are doing but I can't because they don't. I went in to get my inverted bob trimmed. Not only did they take to much hair, it ni longer looked like an inverted bob. It was turned into a layered haircut and it was uneven in the back. How does trimming an inverted bob turn into an uneven layered haircut?

Kate Lash is an amazing asset to Tangles. I wouldn't see anyone else for my mop. Her technical skills are second to none. Beyond that however are her compassion and understanding that leaves me feeling better in every possible way after each visit to her for the past 14 years.
