The “printing specialist” Kira is absolutely terrible. I’ve had two experiences of her being extremely nasty towards customers and the manager had to get involved. First one- I was picking up my house plans and noticed there was a coupon advertised for $50 off if you spend over a certain amount. She refused to let me use the coupon and the manager came over and said it was no problem and reimbursed me. She also commented on how my order was too large and “next” time they wouldn’t be able to do it. Sad because Chris was more than accommodating when I placed my order. I’ll go elsewhere next time.

Copy machine could not provide a receipt, and no one in the store could either. I stood and waited for 25 minutes for employee to walk across the room and print one.

This has always been a great store. Steve made it especially awesome today helping me with some Amazon returns.
I also bought some great Logitech speakers from This location a while back and they sound way better than anything I've ever owned.
I obviously think you should shop here. They aren't just cashiers, they are so much more.

I had the worst experience at this store in Westminster. My ink was low on my printer. So we went here I just couldn't believe we were the only one in there so if anyone looked over could see we were having trouble forgot to say the staff was just talking to each other. I wasn't sure how to start so I walked over and asked them by telling them I never been here she didn't even walk over told me I had to swipe your card first and said see the black box like at most register well I thought that was rude but I just thanked her the first two pages came out bcuz they were a whole pages. Then the next two were half pages but it was coming out blank so I went back over and told Them man came over and rude said do you see this a spot pointing ? that's were you put the paper. I thanked him nice again but still very rude. Then when I asked can I get a refund for these that didn't come out. Wow you would of thought I was bothering him but there was still nobody in the store. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. I'm talking really rude the tone of voice and rolling of the eyes ?. I'm telling everyone try to go somewhere else for your needs they don't deserve customers and I stayed nice the whole time.

Dan says just take your returns to the Staples store and hand it to them and they will handle it and send it back for you. Well they do not feel like doing it. The guy was not helpful at all. He even was telling another employee he hates doing this while I was trying to work it out on my phone. We couldn’t get the label to print and he wouldn’t help, I feel like he could have done it but he didn’t feel like it so now I’m leaving without having to be able to return my Amazon package …..

Steve over in the printing department was awesome. I went in with a "crisis". He worked with me for over an hour and got my prints set up for me and ordered. I'm looking forward to picking them tomorrow!

Walked in and was told an item was out of stock so then I spoke to another employee because it said they had 3 in stock. Magically an employee appears out of the back with the chair the first employee told me was out of stock. Then they tried to charge me $100 over the price it was supposed to be. I was told I have to order one hour pick up and stand around and wait to pick up the chair because they don’t honor their own online store price.No thanks, I won’t shop here again.

The guy in the printer/ups/Amazon return needs to find a new career.I have been to that Staples location twice now, and both times he has had the worst attitude, and talks to you like you are an incompetent idiot.The first time I went in to return my package and he blatantly yelled at me because I didn’t put staples as the return area with Amazon, which I did not know I needed to do that.The 2nd time, I was returning multiple packages, and felt as if I was a nuisance to him by his tone. Then on my last package he told me I had to buy new packaging to send the package out? I was confused and he said it says “explicitly on the directions that you need too” when it literally says to put the barcode in the package in case your shipping label gets lost. His tone was terrible! I corrected him and he handed me the label to put it on myself and said I can try as he went to assist another customer. I am in customer service myself, and would NEVER treat a client like this.I understand the first time, maybe he was having a bad day, etc, but 2 times now? Sounds like a problem employee to me…I will not be returning to this location.

Slowest staples store ever. They def need more than one person working at print and marketing. Every time I’m there, it’s only one person and they are swamped. I’ve been standing in line for over twenty min. Then they take care of someone in another lane????? I ask manager if she can get some help considering he is just standing behind a counter with a totally empty store, except for the 8 people in line at the marketing line.

This Staples was horrible. I went in to get copies. One of the staff helped me to make my selection then walked away. Printed a few papers and stopped. Another staff person came over to fix the problem taking to another staff person the whole time. Then walked away. About 2 minutes later he looks at me and asks if it's working, I said no, he says it will takes time. It did finally work. The problem is it printing quality was horrible. I let it go. Next day I realized I needed to put map on other side. Go back to staple, not smart, asked if they could copy on other side A staff person said he didn't think so. I said can't you just put in copier draw and copy. We go over he had no idea how so I helped him out but had to pay for 1 test copy and it didn't seem to work. I just left, not worrying about the $0.70, went to another printer who copied the other side. Don't go there if you want good service and quality copies.
