Had the worst experience over the weekend with this store. Placed online order and uber eats never delivered it to me. Not sure where it went but Royal Farms would not refund my $100. Derek said I paid Uber, and that’s not what my receipt said. Had to dispute the charge today. Corporate is no better, 3 days and not a call or email. Just really bad service from manager and corporate office, and I never write reviews. Beware when placing an online order.

Rude staff. Make a mistake on their corporate greed self-checkout registers and need assistance, staff (old lady with short red hair) like to say “Jesus Christ” like nobody can hear her. Also, please don’t reply and tell me you’re going to address the issue, we all know that’s a lie, multiple complaints on here about same woman and she’s still there.

Short red grey haired lady. Is rude every time I’ve been there. If you don’t want to work then quit always has an attitude always having people coming their talking to her. She usally works evenings. I see multiple complaints about her yet she’s still there. 7-30-2024/ 7-31-2024. But as I also noticed the royal farms owner likes to copy and paste the same pre made message sorry your experience wasn’t stellar nope never has been not even once. Do you guys not read peoples applications or just hire whoever. People at Wawa are always nice people at sheets always nice only gas station I love to avoid in the county
