This pharmacy has incorrectly filled a prescription for my son, and failed to fill a prescription saying it wasn’t approved by the insurance company (even after we had the actual insurance company call them to say that it was approved). For one medication we only received 39 of 60 pills despite being charged for 60. When we brought it to their attention they claimed a “robot” counts the pills and they couldn’t possibly have shorted us. They said this even though the prescription bottle clearly shows “39/60” printed on the label. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. There are plenty of other pharmacies in the area, so please do your research and choose one that isn’t so careless.

Been coming here many years. Since they have had a change of staff and consistent pharmacists they have been great. Very nice and very helpful.

Great pharmacy. I have had several procedures done on my back and needed a covid test , 6 to be exact. I make a appointment and I am there for less than 5 minutes . The drive thru is great.

After calling several places in Westminster I finally found out that Rite Aid offered the Johnson and Johnson vaccine that I wanted. I had no appointment however I was able to walk right in, be helped right away, received my shot and left within 10 minutes. The pharmacy technicians and the pharmacist were EXTREMELY helpful and nice. Thank you all so much!

Never had a problem here. The pharmacy goes the extra mile to fill prescriptions late at night. With covid everywhere is busy, but these guys try hard to keep up.

Prescriptions--- 9 TIMES OUT 10 THERE IS A PROBLEM!!! THEY DO NOT CALL YOU TO TELL YOU. When you refill your prescription they say 30 mins to an hour. You go 2 hours later they tell you oh...its not done because we need XYZ.. or its gonna be 2 more hours. ALWAYS SOMETHING! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PHARMACY!!!!!

After the CDC halted use of the Johnson \\u0026 Johnson vaccine, no one bothered to notify me. The woman at the counter referred me to their 800 number (which also had NO information). There was no rescheduling, no attempts at ANY customer service. Rite Aid needs to totally revamp their online scheduling to accommodate people cancelled due to the CDCs actions. And then this particular Rite Aid need to find new counter help in the Pharmacy Department.

If I CLD give 0 I wld...this is the first time I've come here in over a year bc of a bad experience and I won't be back again after this time. My scripts were sent here at 11 am and at 4 pm I'm told at least another hour wait. Also the staff is extremely rude especially the pharmacist smh

While the pharmacists, themselves, seem reasonably capable, kind and compassionate, the support staff has remained incredibly unprofessional and rude.

Save yourself the headache and find another pharmacy. We had been using this Rite Aid for almost two years and I don’t think we’ve once gotten a prescription from them without issue. Several times I’ve had to call our doctors’ offices to confirm a prescription had been sent there (IT HAD) because Rite Aid kept telling me nothing was there for my family.
