“Kenny from this on campus post office is the most helpful, responsive member on staff, my son is a junior and every beginning of fall term something always goes missing or is delayed and this year was no different but I left a message with Kenny and he researches it AND ALWAYS gets back to me right away. It’s a great feeling when u are hundreds of miles away knowing someone cares.”

“This little post office has the best employees working there. They are so friendly and efficient! Anything I have mailed/shipped from there made it to its destination on time and intact. It hasn't ever been "busy" when I've stopped by - usually no wait, or maybe one customer ahead, but they are done swiftly. This is very different than the Westminster post office, which has nice enough employees but they are SLOW - like weirdly slow. And it's very busy there with quite the customer cast of characters.... The Eldersburg post office is not as bad, unless you get the one nasty man that makes inappropriate comments and messes with your packages (however, I am not sure if he is still there - I stopped using that office years ago due to my experiences with him). And the Union Bridge post office is not busy but is a cluttered mess. So I'd highly recommend the New Windsor post office if you're nearby.”

“I came to get my kids passport done today. And the Mrs.Burke was the nicest person ever. She helped us with our application and was the easiest receptionist I’ve ever had in my life. 100% recommend this place if you are getting your passport.”

“I had a post office box here for 8 years and I must say that it is one of the better post offices that I have ever used, and I have used the fair number of them. The employees are very helpful especially if you make any inquiries. For example, once I left my key and my PO box and a kind neighbor removed it from the PO box and gave it to the employees. I realized where I had left my keys and stop by a day later and sure enough, the employees returned my keys to me. That won't happen it just any postal office! Because it is a small post office, they usually only have one worker at the front desk and so service can be slow, that's why they did not get a five-star rating. Some of the people there are longer term and because Manchester is a small town they will recognize you by face if you are a regular there, again highly unusual at most postal facilities.”
