Bottom Line: excellent service- could not be more satisfied with my visit to Pomeroy. My wife took in a necklace for repair. Owner, Toni offered some advise instead of pushing a sale. I trust her. Purchased a diamond ring 5 min. later. Very nice selection of jewelry.

When my husband bought my ring 7 years ago, he bought it 2 sizes to big and from a person out of state. That person no longer makes jewelry. I thought my only option was to have to deal with a ring that was too big and not soldered together. My husband found Pomeroy Jewelers could fix it and we are beyond happy with the experience. They were informative, communitive every step of the way, kind and worked with us until the ring fit and we were happy. The service was very reasonably priced. My ring came back perfect and looking brand new. We will definitely be back in the future with any jewelry needs!

Finally committed to having my platinum rings let out, they listened to my preferences, gave advice and I ended up with the most perfect fit since owning them. They were kind, polite, & fun. The service was reasonably priced and my rings came back looking brand new. I will definitely be back, and wish I had found them sooner!

Wow!! Fell in love with this store, and the quality people in it. I guess I'm a plain girl, where I love to wear the pieces I love everyday. I was shown a bracelet that was made directly in the store, and I said to my husband "maybe someday." Had no idea that that was going to be my gift this year. I love the women working the store; not pushy at all, very knowledgeable, and down to Earth. Without question, we will be back.

Just wanted to drop a note. Today we went to shop for a chain for my grandson. First we went to another local jewelry store. Then we came to Pomeroy. No comparison. Your customer service and willingness to find us something was a million times superior to the other jeweler. Thank you for those extra steps. They made quite an impression...
