Upon visiting the bank I requested to cash a check. I asked for large bills please. The teller ask me would I like to deposit my check? I again requested to cash my check please. The teller tells me that she can’t give me the total of my check. I would need to cash half and deposit the other half. The other half was 2500.00. When I asked for clarification as to why I could not get the full amount, the teller tells me that she needs to keep enough cash on hand for the weekend. I am thinking I am at a BANK and they can’t spare 2500.00 for the whole holiday Weeknd. I asked for an explanation and She answered me on two occasions, that’s what I just said! Can’t believe customers service can be that poor. I guess that why they have a 3.4 rating. Please use another PNC if possible, terrible service. Use Jermor Lane location it’s just 1 mile away.

I've always had great service. The staff is excellent. Sometimes they are slow. Everyone needs to realize like everyone else they are also short staffed. They make sure each customer gets the best service. After all they are working with money. Would you want super fast service with mistakes or someone taking the time and giving you accurate great service?

Absolutely terrible service and the Bank Representatives are very caddy and cagey to work with for simple transactions. If you ask any kind of a non-routine question, they have to get their supervisor and manager involved while you wait in your car. The service is exceptionally slow. And you will find yourself repeating information to them because they get it wrong the first time. I found that the PNC branches are highly variable with some of them good and some of them extremely bad such as this one. For example the PNC branch on route 140 in Westminster near the Starbucks in Dunkin' donuts I have found that the workers and managers are far more professional and easier to work with. But that's a serious problem at PNC because they clearly are not training their staff to standards of performance so that it is uniform regardless of where you go for service. PNC also pays next to nothing for interest on your savings and checking accounts and you will find that other Banks such as Marcus and Ally are far superior. About the only thing positive I can say about PNC is that they have numerous branches and ATM teller machines which are far better to work with and most of their tellers!

I have been branching this bank for two years and the staff are always very friendly! Lindsey, she does her best to help me out for coin change due to the nationwide short of change. I appreciate this branch and the staff for helping me with my business.

Been with this bank for years, never had an issue and had great benefits. As for some other reviews,o course a bank is going to be busy on a Friday. I have never had issues with the atm machine and they send free debit cards automatically when it is about to expire.

Just wanted to say this bank is awesome always treats my mom right. And ASHLEY THOMAS is a famous actor, I doubt he made an account just to write a single bad review about this bank. Obviously a fake review. In no way are they racist here. Sweetest people. And wow someone had to wait 6 mins at the drive through. That's nothing you didn't even get out of your car!!

RACISM AT ITS FINEST THE BANK TELLER TOLD ME TO MY FACE SHE WAS NOT SERVING ME BECAUSE I WAS BLACK. Either I needed to use the ATM or go else where. This was the MANAGER.

I've banked here for years, and have always had a pleasant experience with the staff. This year I worked with Rachel regarding an auto loan and a Home Equity loan. She was wonderful- efficient, helpful, personable, thorough.... highly recommend this branch and Rachel!

This is second time I have used the Atm at this location and it has kept my card, and will be my last time. To top things off, Pnc will then in turn charge me for a new card to be sent. Even when disputing the problem, since it is in fact Pnc faulty atms keeping my card, the customer service agent States they will “waive†the fee. However, it won't get waived in time for there overdraft fee to kick in and you'll have money hanging in limbo at no fault of your own..Apparently this is an on going issue with this branches Atms. Beware.

One teller at the drive thru on a Friday, sitting now for 6 minutes waiting in line is frustrating.. Pnc has closed 2 other banks closer to me but can't hire more then one teller at the drive thru. Don't come to Pnc on a Friday, one teller on the inside also, ridiculous
