I came by yesterday to get some tank mates for my black moore goldfish. Jordan was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable on the fish. She talked with me for a good 15 minutes and really talked with me, rather than saying yes or no to pairing fish! 10/10!

My 34 yr old daughter took her 8 yr old son in Petco today to buy a goldfish . He won a goldfish at a carnival and was extremely excited to get a friend for his pet. A very rude female employee refused to sell them a 40 cent fish and treated my daughter like she was trash! The employee didn’t explain why or anything just walked away. I came in and she was just as short and rude with me. I have never in my life been treated this way especially to purchase a feeder fish not an exotic fish or anything like that. My grandson has a ten gallon tank at home he was transferring his fish into. We went to Petsmart and bought a fish. We have two dogs and other animals and we love our pets . I will never come to Petco and subject myself or my family to that kind of treatment !

I do all my shopping at this store and today I used the grooming side to cut my 2 dogs nails. My one dog is 105 pounds and is not pleasant when getting her nails cut. It took 3 of them to do it and they were fast and able to calm her down and hold her tight. And they did a great job on my puppies nails too. I will be coming back for grooming services. They did a better job than my vet. My vet uses a muzzle and I think it scares my dog more. Thank you for making a stressful situation better for me and my dogs. ?

They have gotten much better at the speed of the checkout. They carry what I need for our cats, tortoise, and hermit crabs.

I had a bit of difficulty finding what I wanted and multiple employees walked by and didn't ask if I needed help. I didn't want to bother them as it did look as though they were doing other tasks so didn't ask. The register attendant wasn't knowledgeable and didn't make sense it what he was trying to explain about reward points. (not a fan of the rewards program by the way). He left my items on the counter and didn't bag or ask if I wanted them bagged. I went to the register next to mine and got a bag because there weren't any there and he continued to carry on a conversation with another employee. Not a good visit.

I went to Petco tonight and i was helped by an employee named Sarah to buy a fish and she informed me that you need an id to buy a fish and my dad came so we had an id and then after him coming all the way to the store at 8pm at night she refused to sell them to us and was rude and smart with her commentary and wasn’t helpful. She was also very demanding while helping us and when we answered her question she laughed in our face. Then proceeds to call other pet stores in my area and tell them not to sell fish to me.

Very rude employee! Will not be shopping there anymore! Rest of employees were nice. At least I take care of fish and animals I have. Also don't but betta fish that are reduced its because they are either sick or have been in containers too long. An employee there told me that.

The associate helped me find the product I wanted and also answered a question I had about ways to ensure my litter of 5 week old puppies were getting enough water.
