“This is the best shop in town. I’ve been a regular customer here for years and have had nothing but good experiences. Recently I made the mistake of taking my car to another place for an oil change because I had a coupon, and the other place told me my car needed $2100 worth of work. I didn’t quite trust that, so I took my car to Caples for a second opinion. Caples said I didn’t need any of the work, saving me $2100! Another time I tried to put air in my tires, but somehow I wound up letting a lot of air out instead, activating the low tire warning. I couldn’t figure out what I was doing wrong. I pulled into Caples at five minutes to close on a Friday and asked if they could help me. They put air in my tires, replaced one of valve stem caps that was messed up, didn’t make me feel like an idiot (even though I deserved it), and didn’t even ask for any money! If you want an honest shop that knows how to treat its customers, go to Caples.”

We spoke to your call center who set an appt for a new tire and this store was already busy on a Saturday but you know they were able to accommodate me despite the call center messing up. We will be back for future needs and will only speak to Alex. Give him a bonus! He deserves it!”
