Mr. Joe There can’t do a simple notary for me at my home town bank, he knows who I am , Wants to play games and treat me terrible and is So incredibly rude. This branch will not have the privilege of any Financial loans or financial dealings moving forward , the Worst customer service by this one man made such a big difference in the neighborhood.

Brian Johnson was directed to make a transaction on my account at the beginning of June. By July, this transaction was still not completed and I filed a complaint, since he failed to return any of my voicemails or emails. I received a letter from LPL stating that Brian had no way of knowing there was an issue (except for all the messages I left alerting him to the issue) and that he couldn’t check messages due to “the Fourth of July.” No apology or response from him still. This is wrong, legally and ethically, and the spin on what happened to try to make it look like he wasn’t in the wrong is disgusting.

They really need to hire a new underwriter team. I applied for $7500., I have 90% in my account of that. I have 750 credit score and $1500.00 automatically deposit into my account every month and they still denied me. Also been a loyal customer for 20 years seriously thinking about changing banks because of there disloyalty actions that they demonstrated. There should have been no reason I was denied.

The worst customer service of any bank I have ever been. They lost my business banking account and I will be switching my personal to a different bank. They see customers waiting for help and no one gets up to service the customers. You wait for minutes upon minutes, and even after complaining, you never get helped. I have walked out of that bank so many times, I wonder why I even go back!Oh, when I tried calling their 800 number, four time I made it through the voice prompts only to be hung up on!!! I’m so done with M and T!!However, if you happen to get Flore, you will be amazed at her excellent customer service and attentiveness. She is the light of Hope at that location!

I recently worked with Flore to refinance my car, she was an ABSOLUTE JOY! Refinancing was something I’d never done before and Flore was so patient with me and explained each step of the way. We arranged a meeting and I didn’t have my title (which is my fault, I did not come prepared) Flore understood and continued to check in with me until I got my new titled ordered. When I went into the location with all of my required materials, Flore greeted me by name and with a smile. I absolutely enjoyed every bit of my experience. I opened an account with M&T when I was 17, my first ever account! I have been with M&T now for a decade and Flore’s service just solidifies why I have not went to another bank. I cannot wait to go back and visit her :) Thank you so much Flore! ❤️

Currently waiting for over 20 minutes after I was told I could not order a new card online. Tellers are very rude, obnoxious, unskilled, and not helpful at all. I can see why they have a low rating. only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the outstanding customer service I have received in the past with Dean. I will not be returning after this visit which is unfortunate because I have been using them for over 15 years and this is by far worst customer service I have ever had here.don't try to make it better after the fact. and I don't appreciate my information being sold either. I'm tired of being contacted every day with scams regarding my mmtb account

My first ever checking account was with M&T bank (opened over 20 years ago). The Westminster branch left much to be desired. I have closed my account with M&T. I encourage people to look elsewhere before settling on M&T services in Westminster.

Disappointed, honestly. They were so much better than BOFA at the start. BUT, now I’ve been hung up on twice by the call center people. Spend more than 45 minutes on hold, and then to be hung up on without being helped. I won’t promote you anymore unless you at least make an effort.

Just Hope You Don't Ever Need Help. Telephoned to try to get help with my account (not online account) and was told that they were "too busy" helping customers to help me (also their customer). Told me to go online (not an option at the time) or call the 800 number for help - didn't even want to try to figure out what I needed and how they could help me. Having no other choice, I hung up and called the 800 number. Again, the online bank was NOT AN OPTION for me or my issue. I waited on hold for 15 minutes, then after explaining my issue, the representative solved the problem in less than 2 minutes. It turned out that the local Westminster branch could have taken care of this for me as well, but I'm guessing the 2 minutes of time required was too much to devote to a long time customer of the bank. Now shopping for a new bank for the family.

Kudos to Miss Flore. She helped my daughter open her first checking account. She was kind and personable. She treated my daughter like she was the most important person. Then, without taking away from my daughter's big moment, she told me we should look at refinancing my loan. She was able to save me a lot of money. And when my work hours made it impossible for me to get back to the branch to sign the paperwork - Miss Flore drove 20 miles round trip to bring me the papers. The personal touch she brings to her job is outstanding.

Absolutely unhelpful. Don't expect them to be on your side for ANYTHING.
