Jennifer and Lauren are always prompt, polite and on top of everything from small questions regarding policies to helping navigate a total vehichle loss. This is without a doubt a dedicated team of people that will make it their business to help you when you need it most.

I had a phone appointment with Jennifer . She was extremely kind and helpful in going over my policies to make sure I had the best coverage for my needs . She took time to explain as well as suggest options to better suit me . I’m happy I made the switch to their office . I do recommend them highly for your insurance needs. My interactions with all the staff have been very pleasant and helpful .

Jan Flora posting - in response to my concerns about the increases in my auto and homeowners insurance, Jennifer Marshall scheduled a phone call to thoroughly discuss the issues. Prior to the call, Jennifer looked at the policies, prior premiums and other history. She called promptly and we spent 1.5 hrs going through the documents. Jennifer provided information related to the increases and ways costs might be reduced and reasons for increases. Our time also included a review of coverages to ensure we are adequately covered. Jennifer was informed, knowledgeable and very helpful. Her manner inspires trust and I am grateful for her time and the "homework" she did so that our call would be thorough and an efficient use of our time.

This is most AMAZING branch in MD. The owners and their staff have always been very helpful, understanding and supportive. It brings me so much joy to be apart of statefarm insurance. Mike Kremer and his staff in the Westminster office (including Jennifer, Lauren and Betsy) have been very helpful to myself and my family. They are kind and efficient and their attention to detail is a wonderful breath of fresh air. I was transferred to this agent when Calvin in Hampstead shut his doors. I loved Calvin's office and all the people that worked there. I was nervous, but Mike Kremer's office welcomed me, requested a meeting to just introduce themselves, and reviewed everything with me. I met with Mike Kremer as an introduction. From there I've dealt mainly with Jennifer Marshall. She is personable, professional, and very helpful. There have been a few times where she explained and helped me with different details of a claim that I would have never known or would have been lost. She gives me the feeling that Kevin did at Calvins office. I'm 100% comfortable knowing I have someone that has my back other than a 1-800 number.
