“Staff was helpful, friendly and quick with my blood work. The check in process was the best I’ve seen in a medical facility allowing me to scan all necessary information without having to fill out a single paper form. They processed my referral for routine blood work, took my sample and I was good to leave. I had an appointment but the facility was not busy which can impact the experience. But based on the friendliness of the staff during my visit, I’d be okay with a reasonable wait time. My results were also ready within 24 hours of my appointment. Thanks!”
