Zack Shields is the Sleep Expert we dealt with on both occasions. My husband and I couldn't have been more pleased. Zack was HONEST, genuine, very patient & clearly quite knowledgeable. We were extremely impressed with his customer care. He literally covered everything with us without once being pushy. We'll be keeping his business card & recommending him to friends of ours who are also shopping for a new bed!

We went to go look at a new mattress, not expecting to purchase one today, but Ian was so helpful and knowledgeable that we could not resist. Highly recommend anyone in the market for a new mattress to go see Ian at Mattress Firm in Westminster. You won't be sorry!

The sales person was great. Listened to what I needed and didn't try to over sell. Quickly got to the product that I needed with an easy transaction. Three days later my products were delivered on time with no issues. Solid buying/retail experience from start to finish.

Told me my order would come one day then after waiting half the day for it to arrive was told it wasn't coming. They don't call to verify from their warehouse only talk through emails now rescheduled for the next day in the middle of a snowstorm but won't come until 3:00 or 4:00 now waiting around all day . In the end it came mattress was very flat be waiting for it to puff up hope by tomorrow it will be better glad I only paid what I did . But over all guess I'm satisfied.

Dealt with Ian in both eldersburg and Westminster store. Ian is very knowledgeable and concentrates on your needs based on sleeping habit. Never tried to up sell any product. 10/10 would do business with again. Very pleasant experience from start to finish.

Ian was personable, patient, and very knowledgeable. He spent time to educate us on proper sleep, pillow usage, and explained the benefits of certain beds compared to sleep style. I highly recommend going to the mattress firm in Westminster and seeing Ian for all of your bed needs! I also absolutely love the bed I purchased!!!
