I have bought over 23 cars in my time and this dealership has got to be the worst one ever. Started with an online inquiry, Emily from online sale responded quick. Then it all went to hell. Could not put a deposit on it, had to be there in person. Bought one in SC over the phone and had it delivered to VA...they don't do that.Then dealt with Jeff P. for about 6 hours of phone tag, and ever question I had I had to call him. Then they tried the "market adjustment " extra 3000 dollars. Nope! So finally got to an agreed price after 6 hours, for Jeff P to say I have someone coming in to look and if it doesn't sell I'll let you know. So I said I'm ready to buy it, what do you need?Get a one line email. Unfortunately the Tahoe sold, thank you for your time. WTFShop elsewhere you will be glad you did!

We bought a used vehicle there. What a disaster through the whole process never again will I ever buy a car from this dealership the sales manager I would say is a right out liar and right to your face. All I can say, is buyer Beware I wouldn't walk I'd run away from this dealership!
