Literally mission impossible to get a hold of someone on the phone. I forgot to ask for a note for my work to show I was there so I thought I could call and have them email me one. Apparently you can't do that people you can't talk to them on the phone.

Staff was helpful, friendly and quick with my blood work. The check in process was the best I’ve seen in a medical facility allowing me to scan all necessary information without having to fill out a single paper form. They processed my referral for routine blood work, took my sample and I was good to leave. I had an appointment but the facility was not busy which can impact the experience. But based on the friendliness of the staff during my visit, I’d be okay with a reasonable wait time. My results were also ready within 24 hours of my appointment. Thanks!

This review is for the 826 Washington Road Location, Phyllis Green Professional Bldg. lower level next to Carroll Health Group office, Suite 121. I have attempted to reach ANYONE listed as Lab Corp and even expressed the issue to my Doctor's office about the horrible experience with the African American young woman who was brutal and unprofessional. I am unable to locate a phone number for Lab Corp where anyone answers the phone, and this office location above is not listed on the Web, since they primarily do blood draws for Dr. Mendoza. I had a horrible experience with this same technician a few years ago, so I don't use Lab Corp any more. My son was sent there and he went in this morning, January 9, 2022, approximately 8:00 a.m. or slightly after. No appointments are available at this location, so you need to sign in at the window, and wait until your name is called. The technician insisted on doing the draw from his left arm even though my son told her this was NOT the best arm to draw blood, but she insisted so he reluctantly agreed. The technician began her work and was not getting blood, so she began DIGGING and turning the needle until my son (40 years old) screamed out in pain and asked her to STOP. She did eventually stop, and said you'll need to come back another time, and my son said, can you use the other arm, since I have travelled all the way here from Taneytown to get this done?? and she eventually did that and was successful getting the blood with little effort from the other arm. She continued to BLAME my son, saying it was his fault that she hurt him, and he said "how is this my fault?". He is 40 years old and has had blood drawn a few times, but now his arm that she was digging in is hurting and throbbing BADLY. This should have never happened, and wouldn't have, if the technician had "LISTENED TO THE PATIENT" and done the draw in the other arm. Thank you for your kind attention and appropriate response in this matter.

For some reason, it’s been a week and I have still not received my lab results nor have I been able to get in contact with anyone at the lab. I was told I would receive results in 24-48 hours. It feels very unprofessional and have seen reviews about their poor handling and inability to get back to other patients.

This is gonna be weird so bear with me. I have anxiety issues and was on the brink of an attack in the process of dropping off my sample. I gave the very impersonal computer my registration information and insurance. Once I was able to see a person I tried explaining the situation and was summarily dismissed. With the door open I threw the sample with the paperwork in the store and said I have to go it's your problem now. I called the supervisor of the branch and they listened and assured me that if she can she will have the sample run. Sure enough she did. I did not remember her name but she deserves 5 stars. Thank you.

My doctor was supposed to fax over an order for bloodwork. I called twice and left a message for someone to call me to see if they received it. I called 4 days apart thinking someone would have the courtesy to call me back since the message on answering machine said they would. No one called so I got up and was at the lab at 7:30am. I just wanted to see if they had received the prescription and the lady told me to sign in and was nasty about that. I am 70 years old and don't expect to be treated like this. She would be looking for another job if I still owned my business.

Waited almost TWO HOURS to have simple time sensitive and fasting bloodwork done… they still couldn’t tell me how long the additional wait would be. They’re rude and treat you like a number. I will NOT be giving them my business anymore. Every single other person who walked in there had the same experience that I did. Everyone was going up to the counter, after waiting for over an hour, and asking how long. They wouldn’t give anyone a straight answer. Even sweet elderly people doing their best to wait. People were standing around with out chairs to sit in (elderly fragile folks). They used to be so much better, a few years ago before Labcor took them over. You’re paying them for a service. When they can’t preform a basic medical service, it’s time to make a change. NO more for me! Don’t go there!

I had an hour long appointment that needed to be completed. I called ahead to ensure that I did not need anything special for this. They told me to create an appointment for no later than 3pm. I did so. On the day of the appointment, I signed in and waited. I was called late. I was then told by Rhonda (at the Stoner Ave Westminster, MD location) that this would not be doable because it was too late in the day. I told her I called and that I had followed the directions. She told me there was nothing to do but leave. Thoroughly disappointed as I had to take off of work for this appointment. If Rhonda had looked at the list of appointments prior to taking back two other patients, I likely would have been able to complete the test in ample time. Even though Quest is out of network, I will pay the extra just for better customer service.

Love the service but don't like the new furniture arrangements the seating isn't friendly and the two check-in machines in front of the window are not right if someone is checking in a d you get called to the window there isn't room

This is the most poorly run facility in Westminster that provides healthcare. You sit for long periods of time waiting, front desk staff is rude and very unprofessional. I waited for one hour 15 minutes and then they could not find the order that was conformed there. I had a hand carried order that they wo would not use. I understand mistakes happen but the staff is rude, slopply dressed and acts like they are bothered by your presence.

Rude and slow. They act like they are doing you a favor and bothering them. I come every 3 weeks with standing orders, get the same blood work drawn and have issues every single time.

If I could give zero stars I definitely would. Labcorp lost SIX VIALS of my blood for testing and cleared the original order that my physician put out. I had to wait 10 days to find out about their royal screw up. HIGHLY wouldn't recommend going to this location unless you want to totally waste you and your doctor's time.

ive never really had great experiences at any labcorp but this one is by far the worst. i had a standing order from my doctor and i came in the next month to find that they hadn't filed it as a standing order, nor did they give me back a copy (which i didn't know i needed because they didn't tell me this the first time) so i had to call the doctor to fax it over. they said the paperwork is not clear enough to file as standing so they'll use it that one time but when i come again next month i'll have to have it faxed over again. i tried to call multiple times prior to my appointment to ensure the fax got there and that it was clear (days before the appt) and the phone is never picked up. i show up, driving 45 min from work, and they claim to have never gotten the fax. TLDR: if you need to get regular bloodwork for something like accutane, don't come here
