Worst location ever, require appointments but do not follow it. I arrived before some people on top of that but was taken in after despite my appointment. If you are in a rush , please avoid this place, but if you have nothing else to do, sure

I'm from Baltimore... so I've been places with some nasty people. But there is a woman at the front that tops them all and I really hope she loses her job. She could not be bothered in any way. She's rude and nasty. God forbid you take a child here, especially a SPECIAL NEEDS child cause she's gonna be nasty to them. The ladies who helped me with him though were nice.

All the times they show online for closing times are 100% incorrect, if they're shown at all. If you try to call to get ahold of anybody you can't get anybody to answer.

Went in for a pre-appointment drug screen and this lady with reddish hair, Frances Sessa, is a complete b**** an extremely confrontational with patients, after looking over the reviews I see I'm not the only one who has confronted her s***** attitude. Hopefully she is replaced here soon. And God forbid if you have to ask her to use the restroom.

Went in for blood work for my 1 year old daughter. Lady who walked us into the room and set up the bloodwork was awful. Mocked my upset and crying 1 year old daughter by making fake whimpering and crying sounds. What the actual F is wrong with you, an adult making fun of a child. Very condescending to my wife during the whole process making nasty remarks and eventually made her cry as well.

Went there for a blood test with appt. Tech was a lady with reddish blond hair. She was very rude not only to me but everyone she signed inIf she is not patient friendly why is she employed there.

Ladies working here are extremely rude and disrespectful. Not only was the wait extremely long, and there was only one person in front of me. I heard the two workers complaining about how they didn’t want to do any work, and told her co worker “I guess I’ll go take their blood now” and walked off and huffed and puffed.

Fast! I was in and out as soon as I arrived and the staff are always pleasant when I come for my routine visit.
