Things went quite well until after I provided JPS with a $ 4,000 deposit check. After that things went steadily down hill fast. Communication issues, delivery issues and then being charged for 21% additional material used beyond original price quote. Wow !

I am in love with my new kitchen and this countertop is just beautiful! Shawn & Jenn were amazing to work with. The install crew did amazing work and were so quick while also being perfectionists about everything! I chose the Calacatta Prado. Love love love!

The entire crew of this company is rude. Even their manager. Their only concern is collecting money from customers. Their service is very bad. I don't have pictures of the kitchen now, but put them later. They’re really messed it up completely. And when I discussed with the manager, I found him disrespectful and his only concern is MONEY!!!I don’t mind spending money, but if I get a good service.One star is more than they deserve ???

Recently had JPS install granite. Jennifer and Shawn did such amazing job. Jennifer was so helpful with great advice for color and also their price was very reasonable. She took time to be sure I was happy with my choice. Jennifer and Shawn are so customer oriented and you feel very comfortable with no sales pressure. The installation was impeccable and looks super. Go see them for all your granite and stone projects. You will not be disappointed!

Workmanship and installation were very good. Granite was not sealed. Had difficulty with sales staff getting the problem resolved.
