I made an appointment through the portal and was able to get in next day. I got there early and they saw me early. Tracy Long is my provider and she’s awesome!

Extremely rude and inept receptionist and other staff.

Place has gone down hill. You are lucky to even get an appointment quick enough to address the issues you need the appointment for. Not impressed with it feeling like they care more about money than their actual patients, which is a shame because it wasn't like that here at first.

Meet with doctor Haugh today and he was excellent. Problem is his staff, since I have Medicare and being a white male seems it's okay for them to ignore and disregard me. Trying to schedule blood work, when I stood at the check out, they refused to even acknowledge me. Now trying to schedule by phone but keep getting put off. I work hard all my life only now to be treated so egregiously.

Dr Ryberg, she used to be in Hanover PA. I followed her to westminster. I've been seeing her for well over 10 years. She explains and treats you right. Her nurse is polite and helpful.

I actually really liked this location when we started coming here (just about a year ago), however, when my son started having some issues, my concerns were dismissed several times by Dr. Haugh, which I believe played a part in my son ending up in the PICU last month. My son has been sick since October, so going on almost 6 months now and obviously because of this we have been coming into the office a lot. At this point, the office staff has gotten very rude and they almost seem tired of dealing with us. Today was the absolute last straw with them. My son had surgery this morning and for the past 3 weeks myself, the specialist's office, and the surgery center have been trying to get things straight with them. They failed to complete simple tasks, like faxing paperwork (paperwork that was necessary for the surgery) and following up with me about making a pre-op appointment.
I wish that the office hadn't started treating us so poorly, because I wanted to switch both of my children to Dr. Ryberg at this location (she is an absolute gem, and the one who helped me before my son was admitted to the PICU. She is very very sweet and personable. Not to mention she really listened to my concerns). Donna, one of the nurses, is also very sweet and I will genuinely miss her, as well.
I honestly can't tell if these people don't care about their patients or if they are just extremely disorganized, but either way it is not good. Especially when it comes to a 1 year old child. Needless to say, I have cancelled all upcoming appointments and we won't be returning to a practice that can't do even the simplest of tasks (or show a little compassion).
Thanks for making the last 6 months miserable for me (especially while my husband is deployed)!

Dr. Haugh is amazing. He took care of many issues that my previous provider was too incompetent to understand, and gave insight on what specialists I should see and gave me papers to set up the appointments. He spent a lot of time with me and did appropriate tests. The woman who draws blood is very nice and efficient. When the office calls with results, they are always very thorough.

I never even made it into the office. After trying to establish the Westminster location as my primary care office, I will make the 50 minute drive back to Odenton. I had two very curt interactions with Laura who clearly didn’t want to help me nor did she want to get me in contact with someone who could. Is this what vets and their families should have to deal with when just trying to get routine medical care? Very sad.

We had an appointment for our 2 year old at 6pm and no one came in until I stepped out at 650 to see what was going on. Dr. came in 2 minutes later. Took a strep culture and then we had to wait over 30 min for the result! It was an hour and a half with a sick 2 year old! That's unacceptable. We will be contacting John's Hopkins.
