JoAnn's has always been my favorite craft store. If it's not in store, you can usually find what you're looking for online. They have the best selection of fabric and sewing supplies around.
Everywhere is experiencing understaffing issues, so have some patience.
The employees have always been polite and helpful at this location.

I love Joann's so much. They always hold sales and have coupons and deals that allow you to get products at really good prices. I'm a crochet-er, and I always shop their yarn sales and have gotten yarn there for cheaper than anywhere else (in store and online). Sometimes, I feel like they could benefit from having more employees on at a time, but other than that, I don't have any complaints! You can even shop online and pick-up in store, as well as have items shipped directly to your home (and they even price match in store!).

Always an issue here. There is an older lady that works here who is unpleasant and rude. The rest of the staff either can’t do their jobs right or have a lack of understanding customer service. What really blows my mind is my recent experience. I ordered yarn for pickup, It was on sale for Black Friday. When I picked up the order Monday, they had put the incorrect yarn in the order. I ordered the regular sized Blanket yarn and they gave me the extra thick blanket yarn. I noticed at the counter and told the employee who handed me the pickup order that they gave me the wrong yarn, that it was not what I ordered and I even double checked my order details. I proceeded to go and find the correct yarn myself and brought it to the counter. Nobody knew what to do. Had to call the manager. I already paid for the pickup order online, all they had to do was take back the incorrect yarn and let me walk out with the correct yarn. But of course not, they scanned the correct yarn and said I owed $2. I tried to tell them that I already paid for the correct yarn in my online order, they are the ones that messed up and tried giving me the wrong yarn. Of course when they scan the yarn it’s going to show that I owe more because the Black Friday deal was over and the retail price has gone back up. But there should be no difference to be paid because I already paid for it!! Manager didn’t care to understand. The employee that handed me my pickup order didn’t offer to help explain to the manager, she just stood there. Everyone in line was getting irritable, so I just paid the additional $ and got out of that awful store. The selection is always great here, and the 800 number customer service was great. If it weren’t for that, I’d give zero stars. I won’t be returning to this location.

I love the people working there Today, they came up to us and asked if we needed help finding anything, we told them what we need it and the took us to where it was I had a problem chingdingz my cupon on the app. And the Cashier help me find it.

There is an Indian lady in this shop that is extremely rude and condescending. Completely turned me off from the store. I will drive for miles so I don't have to see her or deal with her attitude.
