Ashley has been patient, accommodating, knowledgeable, kind and extremely pleasant to work with. Ashley has been our experience with Jackson Hewitt so Ashley is the most significant contributing 'factor' of our positive reviews. The Jackson Hewitt guarantee is great too but thankfully we haven't needed to use it.

It was nice as soon as I walked in. I scheduled an appointment on line and when I got there, there was no appointment. They helped me anyway. They explained everything they were doing on my taxes to help me get the best return. I'm satisfied with my results.

This is the second year that my husband and I used this location for tax prep, and we were very pleased. Tony helped so much last year and gave amazing tips and Michelle was very helpful and also provided great tips this year. We trust their knowledge and experience and we were able to see results of incorporating the tips shared with us. Both were pleasant and kind which really helps when dealing with the stress that sometimes comes with tax prep. Highly recommend.
