After searching around the area for the Honda I wanted, my family and I decided to go to Heritage Honda in Westminster for our vehicle purchase. Prior to visiting Heritage, my father was communicating with our salesman (Eyoungmbi Nkonghoetaka). Eyo was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle we were looking to buy. Car Salesman have a reputation for being too pushy and I've experience that before, but Eyo was not like that one bit. Eyo wanted to get us our vehicle and make sure we were happy and he did that. Communication with Eyo prior to visiting Heritage was helpful and he wasn't obnoxious, calling us everyday. When we visited Heritage, Eyo was able to greet us and take care of us at our scheduled time and had the vehicle we were interested in ready. Long story short, we purchased the vehicle and I have nothing but good things to say about Eyo and Heritiage Honda and how they handled our purchase. Would highly recommend Heritage over any other dealership in the area.

Bought a brand new 2024 HrV just for it to have a Christmas tree of lights pop up on the dashboard 1 year later. The answer from the tech “there’s dirt on the camera” then doesn’t realize I have a dash camera and proceeds to tell his coworkers how he is going to tell me to “kick rocks” and that there are other dealerships that I could go to. ITS A BRAND NEW CAR. I BOUGHT IT FROM YOU.

I bought a used Nissan Frontier in February from this dealer. Chip, my salesman, was great, and the truck has been good overall. I was a little disappointed in what the 12 month warranty covers, however. The only real issue I've had is that the second key given to me for the truck isn't recognized by the truck, so it will not start the vehicle. The truck also smelled when I first bought it. This was due to it having the original cabin filter.

Heritage Honda dont take customers seriously.
I called and set an appointment to buy a car. The representative said that I couldn't put money on the car and I had to set an appointment which I did. I called several times letting them know that I had an hour and half driven time and when I got to de dealership, the sales representative says to me that the car was sold in the morning. Don't waste your time going there!

Bought two cars from this dealer and have had great experiences both times. Sales people are friendly and Robert Lee (GM) was great to work with. Richard Papasio was my salesman this time around and was very nice and helped me get my vehicle from another Honda location. I love my new ride.

I loved the customer service at Heritage Honda Westminster. They were extremely helpful, friendly, and funny ! lol (which helps because getting a car can be a long process) Robert, Chloe and Gregg were the best! I am very pleased with my purchase for myself and my family. I will definitely be using their services in the future! :)

I will never go back here ever again. They took an entire day of my life to try to buy a car. They kept quoting us different things and saying our monthly payment and percentage rates would be different amounts. We waited and waited and waited. I ended up asking for my title back to my vehicle that we were going to be trading in because they took too long with the financing paperwork. No one new what anyone in any other departments were doing. The salesman went to work with a different customer because we were waiting on financing. We waited hours after asking people multiple times. I have never dealt with anything so ridiculous in my life.
