This is the cleanest and most organized Goodwill I have ever been too. The store offers a variety of clothing, shoes, linens, and bedding. Some items are new. There is a small variety of house items, furniture, electronics, and books. The staff is helpful and friendly.

Most overpriced Goodwill that I have ever been to. Literally double, if not more than other local Goodwill's. Mostly junk as well since they send anything of value to auction.

I’ve been here like 10 times or so. You never know what you can find in a thrift shop. Unfortunately, The inventory is trash mostly. The store is usually fumed with stale, stinky air, and the workers there are nasty nasty. I don’t think I’ve ever had a good experience in this location. I do not recommend this location.

NEVER PAY CASH at this location if possible. I like the variety that they have, what I HATE is if you pay CASH for something and it doesn't work, you can't get your money back, only a gift card from GOODWILL for purchases only at GOODWILL!!! THAT SUCKS!

This is not a bad Goodwill, but the manager really surprised me today. I've been shopping at Goodwills for a long time, and I've always found the managers willing to lower a kinda high price if the stuff turns out to have significant damage. When I got to the register today, I noticed the blanket I was buying had a hole and a big rip on one side. I can cut it away and hem it, but it was $10! Maybe I'm incredibly cheap, but I don't know another Goodwill that would sell that blanket for full price. The manager looked pretty smug and pleased with himself when he told me he wouldn't knock the price down. He enjoyed it. You probably know the type. I won't be going to this Goodwill again.

If I could give no stars I would, the prices in this place are ridiculous considering everything is donated. Another good thing ruined by greed but that's what you get with huge corporations that don't actually care. I will be taking all my donations to NESAP, I am totally done with this place.

I'll stop on occasion to browse and I have made some unique finds. You have to watch prices on some items & it's usually a cluttered mess, but worth checking out.

Goodwill has many good things about it, and I think all the good outweighs any of the bad there may be. I love how there is always a ton of stock, and many affordably priced items, as well as the daily 50% off on items with a certain color tag. You can pretty much always find what you were looking for (as well as many things you hadn't planned on buying haha) and most items are fairly priced. Now there are definitely some very poorly priced items; sometimes the staff will assume an item is "high-end" and slap a ridiculously high price tag on it, when in actuality, the item is worth nowhere near the price. Other items seem to just have super arbitrary prices, and I feel like staff is not doing enough, or any, research into items for proper pricing. The next drawback isn't the store's fault, but that of some of the parents that shop here; they bring their children in and just allow them to completely trash the toy section, and they never ever clean it up, forcing the workers to repeatedly clean up the same section. It is also a safety hazard to the children and everyone else in the store to have junk everywhere. So besides those minor drawbacks, this Goodwill location is a very nice one and is much cleaner and neater than many other Goodwills and second hand stores.

I liked this store when I visited last month. They have quite a large amount of inventory and the people are very nice. The interior is a little dark but not terrible

Don't know how people can say they have good prices. I've been to a lot of goodwills and I can say. By far, Westminster is the worst for pricing. I went just yesterday and they had a pair of used pants for 26 dollars!!! I can go buy new pants for that.

The sign is totally misleading. The 1st paragraph States you can Return clothes with a receipt for store credit. Which now I don't even buy clothes since they don't have a dressing room to accommodate trying clothes on. If I buy clothes and they don't fit I would like my money back not store credit. The 2nd paragraph says you can return electriical items within 24 hours with your receipt and tag. It says nothing about getting store credit. I bought an electrical item, it didn't even work so I came back in within 24 hours with my receipt and was told I would only get store credit. If I would have known that I would have never even purchased it. Also the receipt gives you no details about the return policy other than 2 short sentences, Which says nothing about giving store credit.I believe the goodwill is a total rip off and does not give good customer service when it comes to their policy of refunds and exchanges. Also, get some dressing rooms. Covid is a everyday sickness now, like a common cold so that's no excuse. People DONATE stuff here yet your return policy makes it so people can't even shop in your store. Your return policy is totally ridiculous and ludicrous. In your sign it should be added in the 2nd paragraph that you will only get store credit. The manager tried to show me some paper stating the policy has changed, well I don't care about a paper that your corporate office sent you, it needs to be displayed and on the receipt. I worked in retail for 21 years and if our information was incorrect on the receipt or shown incorrect on a sign in our store we had to honor what the customer was saying. Goodwill corporation is not for the customers, they are a bunch of money hungry corporate bull$hitters. I also tried to call the corporate office but you can't get ahold of anyone and these are the reasons why. Stop shopping at good will. I will go to habitat for humanity from now on.

I have shopped at 3 goodwills in the area and I have come to my conclusion: The Westminster, MD location is the best so far. The quality of clothes are very good! The person/s who price these nice pieces of clothing sure pick out the nicer clothes. Also, the trinket area offers cute things in great shape too! Some things brand new! I'm very happy with my overall experience at the westminister goodwill! I'll see you in a couple weeks! ?
