I have taken my vintage platinum wedding ring to this gentleman twice. First to have it sized, then to have it repaired when a prong broke off the diamond setting. They did an excellent job both times, and for a fraction of the price I was quoted where my husband bought the ring. Highly recommended!

Called to see if they would replace batteries in several watch brands (Fossil, Relic and Invicta). The gentleman who I spoke with assured me they would; they were open until 5 pm. I took these watches and it was a little over 1/2 hour to replace all of them. This saved me an extensive trip out of state. Great service. Reasonable pricing. I will definitely utilize this store again

Stopped in today to have the battery in my watch replaced. While I've previously paid $10 multiple times before, the gentleman told me $25 today! $25 for a $2 battery and two minutes of your time? Are you insane?! I've went ahead and ordered 5 energizer batteries and a tool for a bit more than $10 online. Guess with the jewelry stores shutting down, he decided to jack his prices up. Sad!

Was not impressed at all with the store or the service. Upon arrival I asked to see any replacement watch bands that would fit my Citizen Nighthawk and was told he couldn't do anything but order a new one. I stated that I was not interested in purchasing the factory band that I was looking for an aftermarket leather band in 22mm. He questioned why I needed a new band as if there was nothing wrong with my watch. At that point I assured myself I would be purchasing anything from that store anytime soon. They may be great for repairs based on others experiences but not by mine. Thanks for showing me who not to take my watches to in the future.

$15 for a new watch battery. The man took his time and reset the time on the digital watch for me. very happy with the level of attention and care.
