I would run from this furniture store. Valerie is rude and unhelpful. The service provider of the protection plan is unresponsive and shows zero urgency to resolve issues. Even when part of our delivery was cancelled, they refused to refund the additional delivery that was charged to us and I had to fight to get the protection plan cost back.

Definitely Wow'd! Ryan was fantastic. He knows his stuff. He made it super easy for us to make decisions related to what we wanted and what are budget was. Highly recommend going to Westminster Gavigan's and see Ryan.

I am extremely disappointed with the sectional that we purchased from gavigans. It was delivered with a one inch gap between the couch seat cushion and the back cushion which the delivery driver documented and took pictures. Also the recliners pop when you sit on them and not even 24 hours into the couch being here one of the recliners pops when you close it. This was a 2000.000 sectional that arrived like this. I called the store upset and was told that I needed to have someone come out and inspect the furniture to see if it can be repaired because it’s cheaper to repair than replace. I am upset with the fact that it was delivered damaged it should be replaced automatically not repaired or offered a full refund. I was told that they will take care of everything but there is a process that needs to be taken and if it can be repaired it will be. If you buy something and it’s damaged you return it and either get a refund or a new product. I have tried to speak with someone at corporate and was sent to a general voice mail box. This was also our first time purchasing from gavigans and this is not what I expected for quality furniture or for help getting a new sectional. I am now just in a sit and wait game for someone (not gavigans a third party) to come inspect the BRAND NEW sectional to determine what can be done and oh no one can tell you how long that will take…Update: I was finally able to get a full refund and furniture was picked up from our house.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! I would honestly give them zero stars if I could. My experience started off great, but that's how they hook you in. Wonderful sales and friendly people. What they don't tell you, is that their people are dishonest and sell you warranties for companies they know are going out of business. And this is just the start. I went into the store last year to buy a couch and some other furniture. I found a couch I really liked, and went through the process - paid over $3k for the couch, and another few thousand for some other furniture. About a week after the couch was delivered, I noticed that the couch was damaged. I called the service company and after 3 months, they finally came out to fix it. The guy took one look at the couch, and says, "It's a motor issue. We'll get back to you when the part is in and come back and fix it." Fine. A month later, I call and ask about the part, and they tell me to await a call from Gavigan's. A week later, I called back and they told me there's nothing they can do about it because the company is out of business, and that I'm free to get a replacement couch - for which I would be offered a new warranty (at a cost of $199), and have to pay the delivery fee again (another $199). I asked why I would have to pay for those things again, and they told me that because it's technically a new item, that it's a new purchase requiring a new delivery fee and a new warranty. I then asked why they would be offering a warranty on a company they know is out of business, and they said, "Because it covers motors and other items." I replied that the whole issue with my current couch is the motor, so why would a replacement couch (the same one) be covered when they couldn't fix my couch with the same one. At that point, the Manager, Johnnie, said that he couldn't do anything in the store, and that I would have to call the GM, Valerie. Needless to say, several calls later, and she still hasn't responded either. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Ryan is the absolute greatest, most helpful salesman ever!! He is very informative and knowledgeable about everything in the store, and no matter what you need, he will help you get it!!We have bought furniture from him twice now!!

Pay attention to their horrible star ratings. This company stinks to high heaven! Stay far, far away unless you enjoy dealing with a ton of BS. I've been waiting all day for them to deliver my couches FOR THE 6TH TIME!!! They no showed once again without explanation. Please learn from my mistake and never purchase anything from this company. You will be thankful you didn't!! P.S. I am confident that any 5-star reviews are fake. Don't believe them!

I found a loveseat in the Westminster store that was the exact color I needed. It had to be custom ordered because they did not have one in stock. I waited almost 10 weeks for it. It was delivered today in mustard color not beige as promised. They refuse to resolve the issue saying it is what I ordered. The picture of the beige color is the one I wanted. The mustard is what I received. Gavigans keeps saying the tag is the same number but this DEFINITELY not the color I asked for nor the same color. Both pictures were taken today. The beige one in the store, the mustard one that was delivered.
