Spent $130 on a Valentines day arrangement and flowers. When girlfriend received the gift the fruit was warm, some fruit had came off skewers, chocolate from strawberries melted all over the wrapping paper. Very disappointed

Spent $105 on my order and my fruit was bad! Was told nothing can be done for a couple days till the manager comes in! My grapes and Strawberries was bad. My strawberries was changing color soft and rotten and so was my grapes!

I ordered an arrangement as a surprise for my sister, and she sent photos of what she received. I was very disappointed - only around 1/3 to 1/2 of the fruit shown on the website was used, and it was poorly arranged. It looked like it was the arranger's first day, and I was embarrassed. I order from other stores frequently for both work and personal events, and I've never been disappointed until now. I hate to complain, but did reach out to the store. I never received a response. I would not order from this location again. I gave two stars because the delivery was as expected - otherwise I would have given one.

Shannon assisted me with my online delivery today. She was helpful, friendly, and went the extra mile to accommodate my dad's birthday order. Loved the customer service, and their products are always fresh/delicious. Thank you, Shannon!

Walked in at 3:05 the door was open when we walked in to order they said they were closed. This happened twice, what kind of business leaves their door open and then says we’re closed. And tells the paying customers “no we are closed”

I tried to order on April 16th for my sister's 67th Birthday. Just a large fruit arrangement that cost 79.99, and 2 number balloons, along with a Happy Birthday balloon. My total was 131.00 and I ordered online the same day I wanted it delivered. Immediately I received a call saying we can't make this for you. Would you like a refund, or we can deliver on Monday. To me this is unacceptable Especially when you advertise same day delivery. I ordered atleast 5 hours before closing, not to mention how rude the customer service was. I was so upset. So Immediately I called back and asked if I could do a pickup and was told NO, again with an attitude.i proceeded to ask why someone can't pick this up and was told. Well we usually have 2 vans,which we are down to one. And I currently only have 2 people available,when normally I have 5 people, and I havr 67 ordered as we speak that I don't even know how were going to get these orders out, much less having your order. So NO we can't do a pick up.I just find this very unprofessional as I have ordered from this location several times for my sister's Birthday and never experiment such nastyness and such horrible customer service. I will say this, they have lost me as a paying customer. I should not have to feel this way, and so I had to call my sister with the bad news and told her how sorry I was, and yet I never once heard from the store with any type of apology or anything. Totally unprofessional, and I will think twice before ordering from Edible.Signed very upset customer!!

I sent an arrangement to my cousin whose father passed away from COVID. My cousin noticed the edible arrangement truck at the end of her driveway and went out get it from them and noticed that the driver was in the back of the truck messing around. The driver was in the back of the truck, with no mask on, picking up fruit and trying to put the arrangement back together with their bare hands because the arrangement flipped over on the drive. My cousin made the driver aware she did not want it anymore and she went to the store to inform them what happened and to ask for a new arrangement and they said not until the delivery truck comes back. My cousin said she wanted a new, fresh arrangement, not made with the fruit that was rolling around the truck and touched with a strangers bare hands. They refused. I called the store and they had not the slightest care in the world, just said we will give you a full refund. No sympathy or remorse whatsoever. Very cold. Horrible customer service!! So unsanitary and dirty, especially during a pandemic. Will NEVER order from an Edible Arrangements again. They no longer have my trust.

I ordered an arrangement for my mom a bit ago and when i went to pick it up the customer service was outstanding. Shannon helped me and she was wonderful in ensuring i had everything i needed. The service was great and the arrangement was delicious!

Love love love this place!!! Ordered an edible for my grandmother on mothers day and it was beautiful. The store was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Definitely going back!

My husband ordered me an arrangement for my birthday. I went to take out the fruit and package up and store away and clean the tin it came in when I found a big brown bug inside underneath the sponge that was holding the arrangement!!!!!! So incredibly disgusting!! Considering that we found this bug after we have already consumed some of the food that was sent makes me want to vomit! Completely unacceptable, we did get a refund and will never be ordering or recommend ordering from this location!

My son and daughter-in-law sent me a arrangement for Mother’s Day 2021. When the arrangement was delivered we were not home and the arrangement was left on the walk way by the door (we do not have a porch). This is fruit which attracts ants. Why would you leave this kind of arrangement on the ground. I bought it in the house and open it up and the fruit had that clear look to it as when fruit gets old. I was so disappointed and upset that I had to call my daughter in law to tell her thank you and when she ask me how was it, I had to tell her. She was upset because she just wanted to do this for me and counted on Elible Arrangements to deliver a good product. The fruit was thrown out. Be careful before ordering and having faith a good arrangement will be delivered.
